Went to the drive thru, ordered two boxes and nacho fries. I called the store to speak to the manager. A male answered the phone claiming to be the manager and said he wouldn’t provide his name. I proceeded to tell him the issue with the food. The fries were cold, the one of boxes didn’t have but a few nachos, and the taco was falling apart/like it had been sitting and was soggy. The other box had few cinnamon twists, the chicken burrito had very hard chicken. The food has been sitting. He then asked, “okay so what was the issue.” I asked “ Did you not hear what I just said?” I asked for his name again and he hung up on me.
This is by far one of the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Within the last 3 months we have always had an issue with the order and there’s always a new person working.

EDIT: One note, this was our first visit. The place is surrounded by a lot of palm trees, bushes, plants and shrubs. It looks lovely, but it can be hard to see from the street, until it’s too late to turn. The Taco Bell sign is partially blocked most importantly. It looks this way going both directions. We missed it the first time. So…just be ready for that. Once you get used to it. It’s fine. Great once you’re inside. Lovely, spacious parking lot. Good wifi.

I didn’t eat, I brought family here for a quick bite. One got the miniature taco salad and I tried it. Unfortunately, the shell isn’t like their original taco salad. Family said their food was hot and tasty.

Definitely believe the reviews! The workers are so rude especially the one with the big fake lashes! They forgot a few things no big deal but it was to them when I pointed it out. The attitude they had was absolutely appalling. Not to mention when I was waiting they were talking about how they hate the old customers and they are a problem. They must be trained to tell customers they do not know anyone’s name because just like the other reviews they play dumb. I know it’s Taco Bell but come on if you have such a big chip on your shoulder maybe you need to not deal with the public.

The drive through is confusing and narrow. You have to go in one side and out on a completely different side on a busy road, so if you need to go left it’s not possible. I don’t like this place, but I get my husband food and he doesn’t complain about the quality.

This has never been my favorite TB…. Not the cleanest, staff not very friendly. But sometimes you just need TB. We were at the counter a good 10 minutes before the girl at the drive up window said “it’d be quicker if you used the kiask.” Hmm really? I said bye and left and went to Culver’s. No kiask plus they have ice cream!

The food is always good, but can we put a little more effort into presentation and placement of produce, both mine and my son bean burrito that I added rice to was literally half beans and half rice, not mixed in, no the bottom of the burrito was rice and the top beans..get it together, I’m in the food industry also this shouldn’t be happening!
7/18 update, the first review was 3 years ago, this new review, is for LACK OF EFFORT, I ordered the nacho fries, this location when I ordered was not busy inside nor outside, so why were the fries poorly season? And soggy? If I wanted unseasoned fries I would have gone to another fast food restaurant!

Got food poisoning from their food had to go to the hospital. When I informed Taco Bell about the food poisoning, they try to give me a gift card for reimbursement, but that’s not what I wanted. What I wanted is them to pay for my medical bills that I Had to go to the hospital. Still waiting on the district manager to call me back and that’s been over a week now still waiting.

I live closer to another taco bell but always visit this location because it used to be the best. Over the last few months not so much. The last few times I have visited were not great at all. The staff inside are always irritated with customers who choose not to use the kiosk and leave them standing there for very long periods of time. Then when they come to the register they are very rude. I watched this the last few times i have visited. I however always use the kiosk. When I received my order it was wrong. No big deal. I went to the counter and after standing there forever a very rude woman came to the counter. I said, I’m sorry but these were supposed to be chicken and not steak. She said no you ordered steak, let me see your receipt. I couldn’t find my receipt at the moment so instead of just fixing their mistake(which wasn’t a big deal, it happens)she was more concerned with proving me wrong and proceeded to dig through the computer. She ended up going back and making the correct ones. Except she didn’t. They were wrong again! By then I had also found my receipt that clearly showed I ordered chicken and not steak. I went back up and showed my receipt and let them know they were wrong AGAIN. I asked the name of the rude woman who said she was training to be the manager but wouldn’t say her name. She did struggle to changed her attitude right away though. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of visiting, their evening crew is horrible and very rude. Especially the woman “training to be the manager “. I really hope that this isn’t the new norm for this place
