They have absolutely terrible reviews, but I work nights and this is the second time I’ve come through early in the morning. I’ve never had a complaint so far. The lady who works around 7–8 a.m. is the sweetest person. She has long blonde hair down to her waist and wears glasses, and she is always so kind and welcoming. I make sure to leave her a tip every time because she truly makes my day. I really hope she knows how appreciated she is.

Absolutely had no regard for me and my needs as a customer. I’m a pretty easy guest but when you get an attitude with me over simple stuff like silverware. And then on top of that bring me out the wrong food. A cheddar pepper when I ordered cheddar bites. Not good.
And on top of that the chili dog was so cold I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. So again, thank you Sonic. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this and thought I would give this location another chance. Guess I was wrong.

Sonic for the love of god get better marinara for your Mozzarella sticks your mozzarella sticks are amazing and that marinara sauce is so much. I wanna say that it makes the mozzarella sticks not even taste. Good if you guys get a good marinara, you will be selling those mozzarella sticks like mad.

Sonic of Siloam! Why have you failed us? After all these years?! I give you chance, time after time & I feel like a broken hearted school girl being disappointed everytime. Each time its always something forgotten, 20+ min wait & the area looks like it belongs in the garage. We are officially over with, I wish you the best.

Im very disappointed in my breakfast this morning. I always stop in there in the mornings when i have extra time and the app wasnt loading the drink deals so it was also $3 for a drink and total came out to be $6 something. And definitely wasnt worth $6..

Went to get sonic ice for my S/O who recently under went surgery. Forgot about the ice and it melted… that’s black mold as well as other debris. This happens when sonic workers don’t properly clean the ice machine, and the general managers/owners don’t care enough to follow proper protocols for food safety. Just know when you go to this location you are drinking BLACK MOLD. Health department was called and notified.

Always forgetting something got my side of tots but no burger is crazy I’m not wasting gas to get food I paid for when I was already up there.. you guys should refund the meal no matter what if they leave and you forget something of there’s we shouldn’t have to pay more for the store mistake now I have to door dash because someone is without food and that’s way more then what planned on spending

Would leave 0 stars if I could. This is one of the worst sonics I have been to. I waited over 15 mins for my food that I ordered ahead of time on the app. I then asked for marinara sauce for my mozz sticks(since when does it not come with any? Second time in a row not getting any). Waited another 5 minutes, pressed the red button, waited another few mins. Ended up having to call the store and ask for sauce. So 8:15p order/check in time and didnt get everything I needed until 8:45p. Will not be returning, I know it’s not a “5 star restaurant” but do better!

This might be the most poorly managed Sonic we’ve ever been to. One of our kids has even worked at a Sonic before, so we know how a well-managed restaurant should run. Waited 50 minutes for our order after checking on it twice. Yes, you read that right. 50 minutes. Do you have the time to wait for Sonic food that long? We could’ve had a sit down meal somewhere nicer. We would’ve left, but we spent $35 and knew we would never see it again if we asked for a refund. Once we got our order, the pickle fries were burnt. But it tracks, you know? Poor service, poor food. Don’t go here. No one has that much time and money to waste.
