We tried the breakfast paella at the Boulder Farmers market and then requested that they cater our wedding reception in the mountains. I’m so glad we did, because paella was a huge hit for ~100 guests! The big steamy pans were set up outside and it looked so pretty. Everyone could smell it cooking during the cocktail hour. The food was delicious and hearty, and it even worked for the gluten free guests. We ordered three paellas- seafood, chicken, and vegetarian- and the seafood was the most popular. Nahid was very communicative and helpful with planning, and I would highly recommend Rice & Shine paella for any event.

1st, the name is a great pun it made me chuckle. 2nd the food is delicious. Not like traditional Spanish paella but it still excites my taste buds with flavor. I would recommend this place.

The best lavender matcha I’ve tried, and I’ve tried many! That first sip always gets you, it’s refreshing, and perfect balance of sweetness that isn’t too sugary. The one drink I look forward to when I go to the Boulder Farmers Market on Saturday, I recommend their refreshments 🙂 go support this amazing family owned business by buying their goodies! ❤️
