So me and my boyfriend ordered McDonald’s on the mobile app. He goes up there to pick the order up. The team is so incompetent. They forgot half of the order and proceeded to give attitude. They bring out only one item out of three they were missing and said to have a good day. He then proceeds to say he’s missing more. It’s ridiculous how back and forth when all you have to do is read a damn screen and put the food in the bag. It’s not that hard when I was a teenager I had a fast food job and never had this stupidity running through my veins. So stupid.

Drove up to the drive through and was immediately asked if we were using the mobile app. We were and provided our 4 digit order code. I drove around to the first window where a kind lady named Delores prompty provided our receipt. We asked for an extra syrup with our order and she told the other side so we didnt have to. We had two orders one of which one had a breakfast sandwich that was customized and one had the extra syrup. Both were correct and tasted good. Mcdonalds isnt a fancy restaurant but I can appreciate great service, good food, a correct order, and a great price via the mobile app.

Let me say this I went there today at 2 o’clock and I got 3 cheeseburgers no onions and I had to go through the drive thru 3 times and they still couldn’t get that small simple order right they gave them to me covered in onions gave me other people’s orders and the rulest group I’d people I ever met shoving food out the windows slamming the window wouldn’t come back to even see why I had pulled off ended up going in and the manager on duty was even ruder then the others grabbed the bag and went to get my oder and threw it on the counter not I’m sorry nothing and still had onions on them . I promise you that place lost a customer today I use to go there quit offend but he’ll no not again that manager needs to be fired rolling her yes and throwing bags no even an apology. I will go to cherry rd I don’t spend money at a place and get that kind of treatment

Service is terrible Leicester the manager here was nowhere to be found. There are tons of orders out there customers have been sitting for 20+ minutes waiting on their order and still haven’t gotten two McChicken‘s two fries and two drinks. I got my order about 15 minutes before I got here and I’m still waiting on the order like this is insane. This is a new McDonald’s this shouldn’t happen.

Drive-thru is priority these days and the Kiosk is the best friend. Now order at the counter has definitely taken a back seat and a longer wait. Other than that everything was fresh.

This is one of the friendliest McDonald’s left. Everyone is so nice and friendly, which used to be a standard at businesses, but so many places now you get rude employees who act like you’re committing an act of aggression by patronizing their establishment. Every time i come here, I’m greeted with smiles and polite conversation which goes a long way. Management must do a good job or just got lucky with the best employees, either way it’s always a pleasure to come here!

this place is always on point sans awesome. my food is always fresh and the employees always try to talk to me for a few minutes each time i come in even when they’re busy and trying to work. these people deserve some raises in my opinion for how fast and great they are!

As far as McDonald’s go, this one is pretty alright. Food gets out fast to the long lines and the staff doesn’t seem entirely made up of incompetent high schoolers which is always a win. But it is a typical fast food joint with everything it entails. Stop here for a quick bite and don’t come in with great expectations and you won’t leave disappointed!
