I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on February 13, 2026, at approximately 7:25 PM EST, at your drive-thru.
I stopped by and was approached by a very nice employee who offered to buy my dog some ice cream. They kindly handed it to me, which I appreciated. However, shortly after, the manager came around the corner and started to say that they don’t do that, and then proceeded to urge and argue with one of the employees in a very unprofessional manner. The way the manager spoke was rude and completely inappropriate.
What made the situation worse was that the manager’s behavior continued even after we left the drive-thru and was still urging and arguing with the employees, which I found to be totally unprofessional and embarrassing for everyone involved.
I believe it’s important that the management team be aware of this incident, as it reflects poorly on the level of professionalism and customer service at this location. I kindly request contact information for the appropriate personnel so I can further discuss this matter.

Edit to add it ended up taking 25 minutes for our food and we were a mobile order. Another edit… The food wasn’t even fresh! What the actual heck was I waiting for then???
Original: It’s Sunday at 7 PM. there are 5 cars lined up in parking spots all awaiting food for 10+ minutes. But I believe the issue is that this place isn’t staffed. I only see 2 people inside! Cutting staff isn’t the way to cut costs.

I don’t typically write reviews for fast food unless the food or service is really exceptional (or the opposite), and in this case the service was so above and beyond I had to write a review.
We just stopped to get lunch and apparently all but 2 people called out sick this afternoon. The two individuals working, and I wish we had gotten their names, were working so hard and doing everything they could to keep all the customers happy. My husband happened to order a spicy chicken sandwich, and they had run out of everything they had prepped, so it took a bit longer than usual. He totally understood and while the wait wasn’t ideal given we were in the middle of a very long road trip, there was no way the employees could have done anything more to apologize for the wait and thank him for being patient, all while working like crazy covering the front, drive-through, and doing all the prep and cooking with just the two of them. They were amazing.
I hope they are recognized for all their hard work.

Mike gave great service, making sure the food was made fresh and correct. He even came around and asked guests how everything was. Im pretty sure he’s part of management. That’s hard to find these days, especially at a fast food restaurant.

Honestly I’ve been here quite a few times with no issue. However the last 3 times now including today (11/21/24) I have specifically asked for something to NOT be put into my food (onions) as I have a food allergy. Then to get home and it be on my sandwich is beyond irritating bc now I’m without the food I paid for.

We left came here at 11pm and went through the drive thru, waited about 5 mins and no one came to take our order, I pulled up to the window, all the lights on but no employees, so I drove around to see both employees sitting on their phones in the front of the store. Maybe my perception is wrong, but it looks like the store is open until 12am but they are stealing time from the owner by staying until close but not taking any orders.

Employees not pleasant, acted more like it was a chore to wait on customers and the store was not busy. With the attitude I experienced, I can see why the store is not busy. No one handling food was wearing gloves. Employee handling cooked fries with bare hands, picking them up off the counter in front of the bagged fries and placing them back in the bin where the freshly cooked fries are placed to be salted and bagged, which I believe to be a health code violation.
Food presented was not appealing. Waited for my sandwich to arrive while my french fries proceded to lose heat. An employee who was customer focused would have kept the fries under the heat lamp till the sandwich was ready. When my sandwich was put out it took a minute before an employee showed up to put it on my tray. Employee attitude was not one of being customer focused, too busy hanging out in the back to be monitoring when the food being prepared was ready for my order. This visit will be my last visit.

Place was dirty , no barbecue sauce, my wife went nextdoor to Chick-fil-A and got her food and ate it before I got my food. There were no napkins in condiment bar.
