The last three times I’ve been to this McDonalds in the span of 2 weeks my order hasn’t been right. *These all occurred with online orders*
The first time I went inside to pick up my food and they didn’t give me my drink. No big deal, I’ll just wait until someone comes back up to the front to ask for it. 20 minutes went by and no one came up to the front. I watched the girl who gave me my order take my drink and move it somewhere else. I waited inside for probably 20 minutes before I decided to just get in the drive thru to ask for it. It took 30 minutes from the time I got to the speaker to the window to get my drink. *I totally understand the wait times if it’s at rush hour, and/or if they’re understaffed. I just feel like it shouldn’t be this hard to get my drink*
The second time I did curbside. The same girl brought me my food and didn’t give me my drink. So I go inside, another girl comes up and I tell her I just needed my drink. She was really nice and apologetic about it. But I could see her ask the original girl where the drink was, and she knew where it was! I don’t know if it’s a coincidence that it happened twice, or if she really just wants peoples drinks.
Anyways, tonight I go through the drive thru. I give them my code, I get to the window, which took around 40 minutes mind you. The guy at the window was nice and apologized for how long the wait was. I pulled forward and looked in my bag and realized they messed up my order. I ordered the filet-o-fish, and they gave me a chicken nugget meal.I even used my rewards points for that 🙁 I didn’t even bother going in or going back in line again because I knew it would take another 30-45 minutes and it’s not worth the hassle over a sandwich from McDonald’s.
I just can’t keep coming here if I’m constantly ordering online and still waiting 30+ minutes every time, no matter if I’m going in, going through the drive thru, or parking. And not only that but either not getting my complete order, or getting the wrong thing.
In my opinion, you can tell majority of the staff are trying their best, they all look like young teenagers, so I’m not trying to get upset at them, I know how it is. I just wish the service would be better, and maybe I could get what I ordered

Had a very bad experience at this McDonalds. My daughter and I waited 45 minutes in drive through one Friday night. We waited that long only to receive cold food. I called spoke to the manager about it, all she could say was “we were short staffed”. I can’t think of any customers that want to hear that BS.

My kids school had a charity night here and the kids were involved with serving food to the customers. The staff did a great job pumping out the orders and the kids would take it to the tables. Nice night for a good cause.

Clean up the place!! Place is dirty as hell! Seating area is sticky and dirty. Tables are filthy. Kitchen prep area is dirty with food all over the floor. Kids managing the place that can hardly execute an order properly. Stale buns. Stale fries. Greasy patties. Urgh. Never again. I’ve had better from McDonald’s.

I went inside to get 2 large Coke Zeros. I stood there for 20 minutes with no service. Keep in mind, there was about 8 other people waiting for their orders too. I asked a worker for my drinks, they said they would grab them. 5 minutes later, and they say they were out of Coke Zero. They offered me another drink, but I just waited almost a half hour for a Coke. So I just left.
Absolutely terrible experience.

After shopping at Walmart, I stopped by the Wadsworth McDonald’s. The drive thru line was too long, so I parked and went inside. I ordered two double cheeseburgers. I waited almost 30 minutes…the when I finally got my food, it was cold. I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again. Horrible service…. horrible wait time…and cold food.

Pulled us had us sit for over half hour then brings out other people order then brings us wrong order then came out grabbed our receipt to make it again and wait another 20 min.
