I like to leave reviews when I feel the service I received was amazing.. and this is definitely the case! A few days ago I visited this place, and when I placed my order, the girl who helped me (the one with curly hair) took the time to clean the table before preparing the burrito I ordered. I thought that was awesome! I wish every restaurant I’ve ordered from would do things this way. I’m very satisfied with the service she provided, and I hope to come back 100 more times. I’ve been a loyal customer of chipotle for about 8 years and the prices are just ridiculous now . For the price i pay you would think the workers wouldn’t be stingy with things like the rice and beans. Even when you order double protein it looks like a single serving . I’ve been coming to this Chipotle location for over 10 years, and unfortunately the service has declined significantly. While it’s the most convenient location, the lack of customer service has been consistently disappointing. Chipotle really needs to step up its customer service training, as this experience is discouraging repeat business. I often don’t feel welcomed, which makes me hesitant to return.

Pretty awful service from the cashiers towards an elderly lady. Not cool.
There was an elderly lady who was short ¢0.17 cents and they were giving her a really hard time. Instead of taking the high road and accepting the rest of the money.
My husband offered to pay the difference and the cashier basically threw the bag at the elderly lady in a quite distasteful manner.
I understand that dealing with the public isn’t always easy, but it’s an occupational hazard that comes with the territory.

Yet another chipotleo location just struggling. Been loving the food since Nam but it’s 8:45 and line out the door what is going on… why is every chipotle suffering from overflowing trash and dysfunction? Short the stock because unfortunately I keep having to walk out it’s sad. Clearly the middle regional management is the problem because actual local managers couldn’t be this bad

Terrible experience. The guacamole was brown and clearly spoiled — should’ve never been served. We didn’t eat it, but we eat dis some of our meals only tfor it to immediately taste a little off.Now a few hours later we are all sick. On top of that, the cashier was loudly saying she “just wants to get out of here” and wants these people out of her face.” Unacceptable food safety and customer service. Will not be returning.

Will start off by explaining I haven’t been to a chipotle in years and today was the perfect example why. First, ask for a chicken bowl, she gave me half a scoop of chicken CRUMBS- forcing me to pay for double after sensibly asking for actual chicken.
Get to the check out counter and ask for a cup of water, the girl was about to hand me a cup when the other told her no. Without explanation, I reiterated my desire for a cup for water. Then she explained they didn’t have any. Only kids cups and they are running low. I explained they couldn’t deny me a cup for water. So after ignoring me and consulting with the manager, she goes and hands me a sauce cup. So here I am eating at a table and I have to drink water like an animal in front of customers. The banana bugs have been an added adventure of swatting them while protecting my food.
Will NEVER eat chipotle again.

04/26/2024 – Thanks for reaching out Chipotle. I did send this same review to Customer Experience and went in yesterday to pick up a bowl for my son just to see if there were any changes and I did see a Very clean area, Trash area was not running over and every thing looked very nice and Food area was very clean and no food waste on the food station! THANK YOU!! I did order myself a Bowl – Updated my review from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
04/21/2024 This location was not very clean and seem very Unsanitary. The staff won’t keep the area cleaned where the food is. The food looked dried out and food waste was everywhere on the counter and even near the register. The prepared food containers were barely empty with food that appeared dried looking. There was one young lady serving food while a few of her male co-workers stood around doing barely anything. Couldn’t even keep the counter wiped down from wasted food. The place was practically empty inside. GARBAGE WAS FULL AND RUNNING OVER WHEN YOU HEAD OUT THE DOOR. I WOULD HATE FOR THE HEALTH INSPECTOR TO COME AND GIVE VIOLATIONS.
