This food is amazing!
The butter chicken was mouth watering,(I’m craving it right now!) the portions were generous.
The owners are so pleasant and accommodating. It felt more like being guests rather than customers.
I had the lamb kebabs and garlic naan, made to order in tandoori oven.
The lunch buffet was so good and the owner was gracious enough to allow me to try everything on it.
I’m normally timid when it comes to getting a buffet style meal in an unfamiliar cuisine because I want to know what I’m eating and didn’t wish to be embarrassed.
It was such a great experience to be welcomed so warmly and have each dish explained to me.
Yes, pretty much just talked myself into it. Definitely going again tomorrow on Sunday morning, for late lunch! Wow!

We tried Mt Everest Grill & Bar today.
According to Google it’s a Mediterranean / Indian style restaurant, and the reviews made it sound like a large buffet where you could sample a lot of different things. I’ve been wanting to try it for a while but life stays busy, and the Sunday lunch buffet was the only time we could make it work.
When we walked in, the first thing we noticed was the incense. The smell was pretty strong and a little overwhelming at first.
We seated ourselves and the waitress came by fairly quickly and got our drinks. The menu itself has a ton of items I’d never even heard of, which honestly made me curious to try a lot of things. Since we were new, she suggested the buffet so we could sample several dishes.
So we went with the buffet.
I’ll be honest — it didn’t quite live up to what I was expecting.
The naan was really good, and the egg rolls were good as well. The sauces were probably my favorite part. Both the sweet sauce and the green sauce had great flavor.
The rice was a little dry and chewy, and the three different chicken dishes on the buffet were mild and a little dry for my taste.
That said, nothing tasted bad and everything seemed hot and freshly put out. It may very well be exactly how those dishes are meant to be prepared, or the buffet might just not be the best way to experience what they do.
The service was good and the staff was friendly, which we appreciated.
So I’m curious for the folks who go here regularly what dishes should we order next time? Maybe the buffet isn’t the move and ordering off the menu is where this place really shines.

Waitress was absolutely great. Sanuso I think was her name. She didn’t write a thing down and nailed it all. Offered amazing suggestions and added to the experience. Food hit the spot and took a lot home. Enjoyed the leftovers too:)fried noodles were a lovely surprise and the chili dumplings exploded with flavor. Naan was perfect!

I recently tried the lunch buffet here and overall it was good. The food that was available tasted fresh and flavorful, and the service was pleasant. However, the selection was a bit limited compared to what I expected from a buffet, with fewer options than were listed on the menu. I was also looking forward to the dessert that was advertised, but unfortunately none was available during my visit. Still a decent lunch, but it would be nice if the buffet matched the menu more closely.

I stopped in to have their buffet after a trip to Sams on the Friday after Thanksgiving! Such yummy food, and great people. Chai tea, butter chicken, pakora – all the good stuff! Reasonably priced, fresh and hot!

I tried Mt. Everest Bar and Grill recently. The food is authentic and has potential, but it’s missing the rich taste and flavor you’d expect from traditional dishes. It wasn’t bad—just not quite memorable. The service was fine, and the atmosphere was decent. Overall, it’s an okay spot, but I hope they work on enhancing the flavor to match the authenticity.

I’ve always thought of food as an adventure. Tonight’s Butter Chicken was just that. It was my first Indian-Napolese- Tibetan dish. I’ll admit I’m not familiar with all of the spices and flavors. I recognized the garlic, ginger, and I’m thinking coriander.
The sauce was rich, colorful, tomato butter sauce with a silky texture. The fragrance alone made me want to dive in. It was a beautiful, complex balance of spices ranging from sweet to savory, with a perfect heat level of 2 out of 5. Finished with a smooth spiced rum and splash of coke. Super friendly staff, live music tonite with Danny from Aunt Pearls Biscuits and Dave Christen. Customers came to eat and stayed until the show was over! Kudos to the chef! Go check them out!

The nicest people and the most amazing food. We absolutely stuffed ourselves, the portions are so generous. There’s something for everyone on the menu, I had a sceptical eater with me who fell in love with the chicken momo and everyone loved the mango lassi.
The lamb rogan josh was absolutely delicious. They even had a little table of Christmas gift ideas, nothing was pushed it was just there to look at. The service was so friendly, you really have to try this place.
