Avoid this Sonic drive in at all costs. Currently writing this 39 minutes after placing my online pick up order and checking into a drive in stall, and waiting for the staff to try correct our order for the THIRD time. A complete waste of time and a headache, go literally anywhere else. Even worse, if they’re at fault and can’t provide what you ordered (broken ice cream machine) they don’t offer refunds on location and tell you to call their corporate. So now I’ll have to deal with waiting weeks to get things made right, if they’re willing to do anything at all. Again… go anywhere else.

Chain restaurant reviving the 1950s drive in vibe. Available as either walk up or in car dining. For a quick luch, I ordered a stacked burger, fries and drink. Ordered walk up, it was delivered promptly, correctly with all neccessities included. For walk up customers there are picnic tables available. Car hops are expecting tips even tho they only deliver your meal to you, they provide no follow up service. A delicious quick meal that did not interrupt my trip.

Ordered through the app which allowed you to pick three sauces for each entrée item, at no charge. When my order was delivered to the car, these sauces were not in the bag. Asked the younger female carhop, who replied her manager, would not allow her to give me sauce. Spoke to the “co-manager” he claimed they charge for sauces other than ketchup and mustard, But that the app was broken and did not reflect those charges. Asked for contact information for the next person above him or corporate and was told the actual manager is inside. Spoke with this gentleman who again claimed that “corporate requires them to charge for sauces other than ketchup or mustard” He provided me catch up and noted. I could make a complaint to corporate if I was still unsatisfied. Customer service is very lacking at this location!

When I filed a complaint with Sonic corporation, their agent explained that this was not a corporate policy, but that each location could choose its own policies on sources.
So the local management of this establishment, not only charges for sauces, but directly lies to customers.

Visited our local Sonic for a quick bite. Poor experience at the drive through. I included pictures of our brownie blast with “extra whipped topping,” which we were charged for. We did ask the young girl at the window about adding some more whipped topping, and she refused stating “that’s all you get.” Seriously?! As you can see there is no “extra” of anything. It’s literally a teaspoon worth of whipped topping. The cup also shows how there is a clear “tunnel” of no ice cream. To add insult, the “brownie batter” blast had minimal chocolate shavings. There were no brownies to be found. You have to do better Sonic. Train your employees for better customer service, as well as food quality. Will not come back again.

I have gotten ice cream from here twice now that has been 100% soiled. Not a little bit but completely. It has made my whole family sick both times. These events were 2 years apart. Fix yourself. The management here is completely awful, everytime I’ve gone here the workers have been high enough to where I can smell it coming from the restaurant. This is unacceptable, I’m sure that this breaks many food safety laws. Never go here!!

Fast service and good food! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Location is great, right by the highway. Most important restaurant looks clean! Update 3/28/2022 : I went here the other day for a drink, was told they are short staffed and I’ve cream machine down. Then I went back today, ordered and employee gave us one wrong drink and a chocolate shake that looks like it’s seen better days. Presentation of food went way down hill. Maybe because they are short staffed but still take some pride in your work! It might be awhile till I hit this location again…..

Food was ok, the hot dogs are always good. We were missing an item from our order. We told them about it and they said it would be right out. It still wasn’t out by the time we finished all our other food, so we left.

I don’t like giving 1 star because the workers don’t deserve it, I think its like everywhere and they are just short staffed , food was good didn’t get sick so that’s a plus. Now the bathrooms were absolutely dirty very unclean. We ate at an outside table all were dirty moldy not clean, we received a vanilla milkshake for a chocolate, didn’t get any napkins, absolutely zero condiments can’t even talk to anyone because they are all busy inside locked doors to get anything or talk about getting the correct stuff.

Went through the drive thru last night and ordered a chicken club toaster. I had to wait a little while for the food, so I’m thinking it was going to be fresh. My fries were cold – I asked for fresh ones and they did make them, but when I opened my sandwich I was even more disappointed.The bread wasn’t even toasted. The meat looked dark brown and old. My meal was over $11.59 before tax and this is what I got. I wasted my money and couldn’t even eat it.
