Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to and I used to live in Florida. Sandwhich was pathetic, fries were cold with no seasoning (and no ketchup to make up for the lack of seasoning), and they tried to charge me for a medium meal when I ordered the small meal.

This was the absolute worst Arby’s experience ever. DO NOT STOP HERE. We placed a to-go order (inside) and from start to finish we waited over 30 freaking minutes! They messed up our order twice within that time. This place is awful. No sense of urgency of anyone working there. What a mess.

I take a disabled friend shopping on Saturday and we have eaten at the Arby’s a few times with their fantastic coupon deals. I am preaching to the choir when I say most merchants are short handed so the wait is longer. But guess what: what the evil one meant for bad, God meant for good. You might wait a few minutes but your food is served piping hot and fresh. In addition the servers are kind and gracious. Thanks Arby’s staff. Peace be with you and stay well.

The GM and other employees were fantastic today. We came in around 2:30pm, food was fresh and the restaurant was so clean. Bathrooms and light fixtures were clean. Staff was friendly and kind to the family and super helpful. We aren’t used to that at our Arby’s back home. These guys were worth the trip off the interstate for our Arby’s. Thanks guys.

The first time I went here with my boyfriend the workers were unprofessional. They took forever and then, they forgot our order and we left. The second time they got everything right except giving me two cheddar cheese that I ordered. That was still disappointing.

I went through the drive through on the evening of 3/14/24. The order taker was very polite and well spoken. At the window the two young ladies who served us were very sweet and kind. Our food was hot and fresh.

We went right before closing and dined in. I usually don’t like to dine in right before a restaurant closes, but the staff kind of encouraged it. They were friendly and efficient. Brought our food out in a decent amount of time. Fresh fries and sandwiches. Tasted great. Love the strawberry lemonade!
