The people here are cool but I came around 1:30 am and I got a Cantina Chicken Taco and this is how it came..? It doesn’t even have the right taco shell and it has cheese plastered all over it. Most the time I come here it’s terrible and the Crunch Wrap Supreme is always dry and doesn’t have all the stuff in it. The Taco Bell in florence al is better!! Both sides of my taco was in cheese

I stop here on occasion and it used to be great, but this year it has been going downhill fast. Of the last three visits, three times I have been given the wrong order. This time I only ordered for myself and not my family so I am not calling to come back (15 minute drive) and wait ANOTHER 10-20 minutes for my corrected order that still might be wrong. I hope this helps me remember to stop giving the Muscle Shoals Taco Bell another chance. I’m adding a picture of the “two Chipotle ranch chicken burritos and order of cinnabons” I received this visit.

I can never place an order after 2am. I work late nights so the only places open are Taco Bell, Cook Out, & Waffle House. I always choose Taco Bell since it’s close to my job when I get off and I can get it on my way home.
I pulled up to the speaker at 2:17am to be told “Our system is down we can’t take any orders” I let them know I placed a mobile order, a few seconds later they say “Well we can’t do anything with that because we can’t receive the money for it.” I let them know the money was already taken from my account, they say there’s nothing they can do so I leave.
My first encounter with this situation was at approx 2:20am. I was told that a car had came through and ordered all their food so they had no food left to be ordered. I’m mindful of going to places before closing and try not to be that person but when you only have 3 options after getting off an 8-9 hour shift, you pick the closest place that can get the food out quickly.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Either close at 2am since you won’t serve guests past 2am or serve guests until 3am like you advertise being open til.
Maybe this location needs to be shut down permanently.
I’ve also had many problems with this location not giving my avocado verde salsa with my order. I’ve ordered 10+ packs of this sauce that I paid for and didn’t receive.

Every time I come here I say I am not coming back. This trip I order #6 with chicken. I want the taco crunchy. My ticket said beef crunchy. As soon as I looked at the receipt I saw beef ( poison to me) I told the lady I ordered chicken . She said she heard me. I felt she was angry. I had yo asked for the taco sauce, and a straw. She did not like that. I did not ask for napkins.

The new sugar cookie drink was not good the white stuff was delicious but the other stuff was disgusting I was so excited to try it but now I’m very disappointed it tasted like a off brand sugar cookie I guess ima have to stick to my baha blast.!

We were VERY disappointed in this store once again. After sitting in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes thinking our order would be correct, NOPE !!! Still can’t get orders right. I specifically asked for no tomatoes on my items because I am allergic but I get home and eat two of the tacos that were correct and open my burrito supreme and it has Tomatoes falling out of the wrap. We understand the issue of slow service because people do not want to work these days but if you are going to make people wait that long at least have the orders correct. It seems that we can never go to this restaurant and an order be correct which is why we do not go there very often and now will the less than before. Management really needs to step it up and train the employees correctly but they also need to reach out to the customers such as myself who give this kind of review. After giving a review two or three times prior, management has never reached out or responded to the reviews. So it seems that management needs to be trained as well as the employees

I really like the Queen at the counter. She remembers me everytime and she is always welcoming and she speaks to everyone with enthusiasm. Taco Bell should give her a raise…hint hint lol The food is good compared to other similar places not exceptional or superior but it takes the hunger away. Lol It is decent on cleanliness and smell but could improve the smell and cleanliness then may rerate. Overall it has been good.
