Food was good, drinks were ok. Came for date night on a Monday night football and dodger game. Our server was ok. Hate to see our food sitting on the window and taking 8 minutes to be brought to table. This was my first time dining at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The food was decent but nothing exceptional, and the service was just okay. Unfortunately, what happened after our visit is what truly ruined the experience.

Our bill that night was approximately $60, and I intentionally left no tip. I signed the receipt and left the restaurant. A few days later, I checked my bank statement and was shocked to see the total had increased to around $79. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty, who confirmed that the waitress had added a tip to the bill herself after I had already signed and left.

This is not a misunderstanding — it is unauthorized, dishonest, and unacceptable behavior. Altering a signed receipt is a serious breach of trust and could easily be considered fraudulent. After a lengthy phone call, the manager agreed to reimburse $20, but I strongly believe the entire bill should have been comped due to the severity of the situation and the lack of integrity shown.

What made this even more concerning was being told that the waitress has “worked there for years.” That does not excuse the behavior. If anything, it raises concern about how long this may have been happening to other customers who simply didn’t notice. I am confident I am not the first person this has happened to — only the first one who caught it.

This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful of this location. Customers should never have to worry about their bills being altered after they leave. Until this establishment takes stronger accountability and corrective action, I cannot recommend dining here.

I originally left a disappointed review due to my expectations not being met during my visit.

However, after communicating with the manager, Melissa, I truly appreciate how promptly and professionally she reached out to address my concerns.

Melissa took the time to listen carefully, explain the situation, and clarify any misunderstandings regarding the food and the restaurant.

Her friendly attitude and sincere customer service completely changed my perspective.

It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of their experience.

Because of her excellent service, I’ve updated my review to reflect this positive interaction.

I’m grateful for the way the situation was handled, and I would be happy to visit this restaurant again in the future.

I ordered buffalo wings with a 30-minute pickup, but they came out very dry and tough. It felt like they had been sitting out for a long time or were just reheated leftovers. Very disappointing experience, and I probably won’t be ordering again.

FEATHERS on chicken, like a lot.
At first we thought it was one or two feather so we were ok with it BUT! after wiping the sauce off of wings we noticed there were literally so many feathers on the wing and at that point we were SO DISGUSTED. We asked waitress to send it back to kitchen and requested to prepare new wings for us which she did (so we are not upset about her service) BUT yet again wings were full of feathers we were so grossed out so we did not finish our food only ate a couple of wings out of 30 wings.

We didn’t finish the food nor asked for a to go box and told waitress there is still feathers on it and cannot eat it anymore, she still charged us full amount $70.66. No discount no sorry whatsoever

Extremely disappointed as someone who enjoys going to bdubs. Never going back.

Overall food came out fairly fast but this experience had ruined our night. + they don’t validate parking so we paid $5 just something to be aware of. If I could give 0 star I would.

Unbelievable how long it takes for the employees to clean tables. While I waited to be seated, I seen 5 dirty tables. My family and I waited more than 30 minutes to finally see someone come out and clean. As the employee was picking up the tables slowly he was also watching the fight on the TV. The thought of how slow it would take them to bring the food out, we left not even being seated.

When it comes to the TO-GO orders. I know you guys just don’t care. Especially when the option to tip is null from the customer. But it’s for reasons like the quality of food, that it is null. I don’t understand how both times I order from this location, both times my fries are stale and cold. I just don’t understand that. Especially when I’m getting there early or on time. And then when I look at my wings, I’m just like “wow they didn’t even care to shuffle the wings in the sauce, it’s just sprayed on the sauce and it’s for me to shuffle the wings inside the cardboard to go box. I got that right? I guess when you’re getting a deal or sale on wings, you’re also getting the bare minimum in quality and service. It’s going to be awhile before I return to this BWW. I’ll just stick to Wing Stop for now.
