We recently visited Mount Pleasant Burgers & Fries for lunch, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. Real beef patties on a sesame seed bun! Fresh cut fries every morning, fried in beef tallow! The food here is absolutely delicious!
We were driving by and happened to notice this place. I made sure they do NOT serve seafood (due to severe allergies!) They are seafood allergy SAFE!
Their prices are so reasonable! This is our new favorite in Mount Pleasant!

We Three Brothers made the glorious pilgrimage to Mount Pleasant Burger and Fries — and let me tell you, it was a religious experience. The double bacon cheeseburgers? Absolute meat magic. Juicy, cheesy, smoky, and stacked so high it felt like we were biting into a beefy skyscraper. You can taste the griddle love in every bite.
And the fries… oh man, the fries. We ordered two large fries thinking, “We’re hungry guys, this’ll do.” What we got was enough potatoes to patch the Titanic and still have leftovers for a small village. They were golden, crispy, perfectly salted, and straight-up addictive. I swear one of my brothers made eye contact with a fry and whispered, “I love you.”
Now here’s the only thing keeping this from a perfect five stars — $62 for three double bacon cheeseburgers and fries. I mean, we’re not mad, just slightly stunned. That’s premium beef pricing. We’re not sure if we bought food or invested in a small cow farm.
Still, would we do it again? 100%. Next time we’ll just split one large fry between the three of us and call it survival rations.

Burgers were great as usual, they were packed and still brought our food out really quick. Chili cheese fries were really good, great hand cut fries. Chili was excellent and the beans were good as always. Always a Great place for a quick bite and great burgers.

Great breakfast, we’ve had the tacos, truckers breakfast, and the giant cinnamon rolls. The burgers are the best in Mt Pleasant. I even order the hamburger salad sometimes.
Service and atmosphere are great. Sure, its pricey, but everything is going up. I feel the value is there.

Edit: we came back for a second time 15 minutes before close and they welcomed us with open arms and made a ton of food for us nothing but polite great people I 1 million percent recommend checking this place out. The burgers were delicious. They use fresh beef and make the patties fresh every day. The fries were fresh cut. 100% recommend I will stop here anytime I come through Mt. Pleasant. Staff was great from ordering to checking in after we got our food.

I’m a lover of the burger. It’s probably one of not my favorite foods. I’m from Arkansas and my girlfriend lives close to Mt pleasant. I keep saying I want a good hamburger every time I visit her. She kept saying my pleasant burgers and fries has the best burgers. So yesterday we were driving around and I was like I want a burger. She was like let’s go to Mount pleasant. Let me just say. WOW I was impressed. I got the double cheeseburger and fries. I’m a big dude and I couldn’t finish half of my fries or burger. It was soo good. Homemade fresh fries and real, let me repeat REAL HAMBURGERS! it was a little pricey, but it was worth it. The customer service was great as well. Hands down one of the best, if not best hamburgers I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back. Hopefully this week.
