I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium mocha frappe and they didn’t even blend it. They handed me a cup with ice, whipped cream and the mocha mix. My husband didn’t notice it until he brought it home for me. I tried calling the location for the last half hour straight and all I’m getting is a busy tone, no one at work is on the phone for that long…. Fail McDonald’s. Disappointed.

This McDonald’s has went down hill tremendously. We use to get fresh fries and the food was actually good. As of lately we try to avoid eating dinner or lunch from this McDonald’s because the lunch/dinner crew doesn’t care. Our fries are now always stale and old. We get breakfast here occasionally and it’s usually pretty good. I recently got a burger from here, and the blatant disregard for quality is why I probably will never eat here again…

I just went to the drive thru and no one else was in either drive thru line. (In fact hardly anyone was there at all!) The person talking on the speaker said something we couldn’t understand so I started telling him my order and he said “I SAID HOLD ON!” And then 2 cars pull in the 2nd drive thru line and BOTH had their order taken while we were still waiting! Then I said “I’m ready to tell you my order” and he said “I’M DOING SOMETHING, I’LL GET IT IN A MINUTE!” What the heck?!! So I go in and the kid that gave me attitude looks at me and I tell him “I don’t want you, I want a manager”. The “manager” comes over and I tell them what happened and she looked liked she could care less! She said she had 2 people taking orders and asked how she could help me after I told her what happened!? I told her it was his attitude that needs dealing with and she said she’ll “handle him” and asked if I placed an order and I said no because he’s going to spit in my food now! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Employees are so rude!

The old lady with short brown or blonde hair was very rude when we was trying to be nice. Sorry but the old lady needs to get fired for being to rude when we apologized for accidentally ordering 4 10 piece chicken nuggets and 4 fries with 4 drinks. She gave us it but was being really rude and I want her fired because your not gonna be rude to customers because that’s how you get rude reviews like this so please make your workers nice or bad reviews will come in.

Went in about half an hour ago, very rude employees. One young man in the back could easily be heard complaining “i hope they know they are getting unsalted fries because i dont feel like salting these fries” and “they have salt packets at home”. When i asked the lady at the register for salt packets since i easily overheard the young man in the back, she was very rude with attitude. Food was also very undercooked

Worst customer service you’ll ever receive. If it’s not being ran by kids who have no clue what they’re doing it’s by grown adults with a serious attitude. I’ve had multiple run ins with the lady manager and as a manager of a big establishment myself I would lose my job INSTANTLY if I spoke and acted like this woman.

The night management “2 ladies” is the absolute WORST,crazy rude,they need to take a class on how to actually atleast smile,and be nice and not talk or make fun about customers in drive-thru,I’ve been inside when a door dasher comes in for an order,cause they didn’t go through drive-thru,saying your not supposed to be coming in here,your supposed be in drive-thru yelling down at the other end saying “there inside now,now you gotta move the order,like being mad about it,THEY NEED VALIUM!!!

This is a large fry and basket of fries after I went through drive thru and even went in store after drive thru to get ketchup and ranch I ordered in drive thru with them ensuring me it was in my bag when it actually was not, so no sauces I ordered and a much shorted amount of what I ordered
