Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. No hate but this is wild. This is why I always drive extra far to go to the one good popeyes in multnomah county which is 3120 NE MLK. their boneless wings are SO juicy, so light, so fluffy.
Against my better judgment, I gave this location a shot because I was in the middle of working and didn’t want to drive that far. It was worse than I expected. The boneless wings are more like cafeteria popcorn chicken. More breading than chicken. The oil must be old based on the color of the breading. Not juicy at all. It’s not the driest chicken I’ve ever had but it’s definitely not good. I get boneless wings for the protein but ended up giving a bunch to my dog because half of it was breading

So only way i can get a 6.99 flounder sandwich made properly is ask for it fresh and I tip. Drive thru i get this horrible made trash. Not even close!

Our family has been coming to this Popeyes for many years now. It has been noted by many family members that things have gone way downhill in the last few months. The service has gotten less accurate and slower and the quality has gone down. On or last 3 visits we have had to go back for missing items, including a chicken sandwich in a combo meal. Tonights order was much the same but with something extra. I got a bone in my chicken sandwich. The chicken seemed small for a sandwich so i think somone put a thigh in it. At this point i think we are now done with this location. They are not just losing me, but a family of eight that has spent much there over the years. Sad to see one of our favorites go like this.

I came here for my first time trying Popeyes. I ordered a pretty basic meal: chicken sandwich, side of fries, soda. I asked to order an extra side of mac n cheese, because I heard so many good things about the mac n cheese. The employee at the front counter could not understand me. She put in my order as a whole second meal with a side of mac n cheese. I said “no, I just want the mac n cheese. I don’t want a second meal.” She said “oh okay” and took off the second meal. I guess I should’ve looked to see if she added my mac n cheese, because apparently she didn’t. I paid, I got my food, and I saw that I did not get my mac n cheese. I went back to the counter to ask about this, and the same employee serviced me again and again, she could not understand me. So she got her manager and told her manager that I had ordered a second meal and then canceled it and was upset that I didn’t get it. When I tried to explain to this manager what ACTUALLY happened, the manager interrupted me and asked “Okay so do you want to buy the mac n cheese or not? If not, I have other customers to serve.” At this point I just wanted to sit down and eat so I bought the side of mac n cheese. Instead of grabbing a still hot mac n cheese from the hot case, she grabbed a cold mac n cheese sitting out on the counter behind her and gave it to me. When I tried to ask for a hot one, she ignored me and called for the next customer in line.

Ordered family meal online, when we got there we were told they were out of mac and cheese and needed to replace it. That was half our order. I said we’d like to just cancel the order. Was told they can’t but I could through the website. Nope, you can’t cancel through the website and there is no way to reach an actual human. So now, here we sit with a food half my family can not eat because of the spices in all the other side items. Thank goodness reliable McDonald’s was next door and we could get some delicious, not spicy french fries.

Cajun fries spongy and not good. My 6 year old even declined to eat them. Chicken was nicely fried (not too greasy), but flavor could be improved. Biscuit was good, but they should include butter or honey condiments standard

I wanted to see what the hype was about for the Chicken sandwhiche.
I came here the other day on lunch with coworkers and the line was not moving for at least 7 minutes. We couldn’t order. We had to leave. ONLY one employee working the cashier and handing out food?!
I came in today to try again. But had to wait at least 5 minutes to finally order because again ONLY one employee working cashier.
This is by no means the employees fault. This is the owner of this location fault for not hiring enough employees or giving them more working hours or more pay to keep an efficient work force.
