I went here today and ordered a three piece eggrolls! They had me pullover and wait until someone brought my food to my vehicle. When I opened the bag upon driving off Tge eggrolls were not fresh in fact they were recooked and burnt. Called in and asked for the manager some employee named Luis was very careless and rude !!This is disgustjng and I wouldn’t feed this too a dog.:

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Understaffed, poor customer service. No hand soap in restrooms, restrooms were not cleaned at all, both men and women! Dry breakfast sandwich, soggy hash brown. It could be that staff called off to go to the Los Angeles Dodgers Parade, let’s go Dodgers! Regardless very poor representation of Jack in the Box. I have visited this spot many times mostly and have never experienced this. Hopefully this is a one off.

I love this Jack in the box location. I went today and they never disappoint. There are three ladies who im always happy to get served by. I dont know their names but the lady who help me today always has a really big smile no matter what day of the week you go I believe her name muat be Diana because of what she wrote lol. There is another lady who wears glasses she is really nice too and then there is this more older lady i dont her name but really nice too. I always go get a Jack wrap no pickles lol and a large mocha coffe. My coffee is always on point:)

They put nice pictures of their food online and in commercials, but then you get the item and it’s looks so different. It gets me mad when companies think they can get away with it. They should definitely be redoing their menu and selling what they are offering online. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get a lawsuit soon. Also, you can’t even check your food in the moment because you trust them and are in a hurry to run errands ad you get screwed at the end. If you even say anything about their screw up they start giving you attitude. This is why people are eating more at home because of the stuff they are pulling off.

Edit: I did not see that the owner tried reaching out to me. Well I got another experience now. My popcorn chicken had the longest hair attached to it. I’ll post a pic at the bottom. I was utterly disgusted. Unfortunate because the chicken was good. Won’t be able to go out for lunch again since I’m on lunch for work.

Looking for unfriendly Service and edible fast food for the hungry? I got you . The place is dirty, It needs a super double scrubbing everywhere. The floor is sticky, neglected corners show dirt and liquid spills. Soda machine does not work and please do not try to use the bathroom..the manager had a bad start so do not expect a smile or a gesture of understanding while you are trying to decide what combo is best value for your money.

I don’t really hate on fast food but this place always gets your order wrong. Even if you just get 2 tacos with extra lettuce that they charge you 15 cents extra for. Wrong. I given this place 30 or more chances and I’ve only gotten my order right 3 to 4 times. You say ranch they give you ketchup you say curly they give you regular. With cheese they give you no cheese. Oreo shake they give you vanilla. I think it’s the inside there’s no communication but I’ve been going on and off for 3 years.

I ordered a burger with tacos and when I got my order through the drive thru, they forgot to give me the tacos, and when I went around to get it, they claimed my order did not come with the tacos with an attitude until I showed them the receipt. I love Jack in the Box but this isn’t the place to go.
