McDonald’s, January 16, 2026 at 1:54 pm I came here to get a late lunch early dinner after going to the DMV in the same parking lot & I got the Big Mac Combo with a large Sprite & a large fries so I took it to go & I ate it in my car . The service was good & quick & the Big Mac Combo was so delicious because I just love ❤️ those new buns way better than the old ones & it still has that old fashioned taste the Big Mac. “Thank You” & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s Note: I had to use the restroom & the young lady at the counter was so nice & helpful she opened the door & then after that she took my order also. Great Job!

On the surface, it looks like a typical McDonald’s but there were a few little things that felt off. The drive thru was empty and only one person in the lobby yet it took 10 minutes for a sundae and sweet tea. Sundae was kinda slapped together and tasted a little weird but still enjoyable enough to finish. The annoyance of no refill station and having to be buzzed into the restroom didn’t help the uneasy feeling at all either. I almost felt like being a customer was an inconvenience to them.

I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald’s today, and it honestly needs to be addressed. The worker named Sylvia had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked up to the counter. She seemed annoyed at customers, got my order wrong more than once, and instead of fixing it calmly, she acted like it was everyone else’s fault.
What bothered me the most was how she treated the younger employees working with her. She was yelling at what looked like underage staff in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes during a busy shift, but the way she handled things made the whole place feel chaotic and unfriendly.
I usually expect quick service and basic courtesy, but this visit was the opposite. I hope management looks into this because customers and employees both deserve better treatment.

Had us waiting on curbside pick up cuz I had my kids with me. After 30 plus min finally describe to go inside to see why it was taking so long turns out they never started my order with the excuse of the system didnt let us know you where outside. Then oh our mechine is broken and they didnt want to refund me my money due to ordering it online app and my card is recorded so there’s no need for me to carry my card with me he goes like “well why don’t you have your card ” excuse me Manager thts not your business and gave me fries which I didnt even ate Manager was no help also! I can see why they have the reviews they do im not from here so I didnt know but its im 100% sure am no coming back

Every single time i visit and purchase anything from this location on cross my bag is missing something i hardly go but when i do theres something not in my bag. The last time i purchased something and items were missing i simply asked for the rest of the items and tried not to fuss about it. They wouldnt give me the food or a refund so i just left. The manager SILVIA called me a liar many times and said they “reviewed” camera footage when i really was missing items in my bag she kept my receipt so i cant even post pictures of what i ordered and what i got obviously its a large fast food chain. But maybe try better when hiring managers like SILVIA calling customers liars. I work in customer service and sure sometimes the customer isnt always right but in anything there has to be compromise and treating a customer the way SILVIA treated me shouldn’t have been right. I NEVER google review but this really made me disappointed. Just thinking how these chains hire people like SILVIA and end up with TONS more in profit because they charge for food that was never given to the customer

Ordered chicken nuggets when asking for bbq sauce they said they charge? I thought it came with atleast 2 . And ask for a small water which they wanted to charge me for that to ?? A small water ? Employees are so rude everytime I’ve been.

Honestly,employees think that the sauces come out of their paychecks. I literally bought 2 burgers and asked for 2 sauces and said I had to pay.its not much but I think we should get complimentary sauces if we buy something
