Today I was went out to eat with my family at this bar we come here often and always get the same thing never having any problems with the food or the service provided but today while taking a bite of the roadhouse burger I noticed it was still raw mind you it’s a thin patty which should have been cooked because of how thin it was. we told our waitress Mackenzie A, we asked if it was possible to get it remade and she said we couldn’t get it re made which later on I chose to get another food item because I wasn’t going to be able to eat the raw burger which Makenzie seemed annoyed about so then she comes back to our table and tells us with an attitude that she took off the burger from our order which we didn’t ask her to do she said she had to get it approved with her manager and said her manager approved for the burger to be voided out of our order unfortunately Makenzie A made it seem very petty of her to do so. We tipped well even when the service was not the best just a heads up for you’re employe to be more understanding about this issue.

Very well known name bar unlike your typical scattered bars/ pubs in Green bay/ WI.
Nothing special above average good food and your basic drinks/alcohol. Service is great and takes no time to get a table on a regular day, depending on the weekend or of there is an event it might be hard to find an empty table to sit on.
It’s really a hit or miss when it comes to the noise level, some days it’s loud and some days the playlist is wack but quiet… Overall still a 4/5 in total.

My wife and I ordered wings for dinner last week, needless to say when we got home to enjoy our dinner we were disappointed. Upon seeing my wings had almost no sauce on them I called to complain. The gentleman I talked to suggested I bring them back in to be re-shaken… I said they would be cold by the time I got back.. duh. I suggested they deliver some new wings to my house as I was not driving back. He agreed and I had my replacement wings about 45 minutes later. So why the 1 star? They delivered cold, under sauced wings again, and on top of that they wanted the old ones back, to see how bad they are at making wings I suppose. The texture was that of cheap grocery store chicken. You seriously are better off getting chicken nuggets at McDonald’s. We ate a few of their wings, but ended up throwing 95% of them out. Don’t recommend.

Came to a dinner party here and I was very underwhelmed in comparison to our last events at a different locations. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, this bar is honestly really lacking. We had our rehearsal dinner at the bar near the stadium and the experience was top tier in every way and the party host manager was phenomenal. We could barely get drinks or even acknowledgement from the staff here. They could learn a lot so that you would think you get a similar experience at each THE BAR location but it’s like night n day, we won’t return here!! !!

Delivery food quantity is significantly less than what is shown in the pictures. I’ve attached pictures of $16 mac and cheese (so soupy and container not filled) and $15 bruschetta where bread pieces about length of baby carrot.

I am literally sitting here currently as I write this. Watching the Packer Bears game. We were told we weren’t allowed to push two table together, then they took the order of one of our party members and left. She got her food and we asked if they could take our order and he walked away pretending he couldn’t hear.

I ordered a pick up order that was almost 70 dollars, when I got home I realized they messed up my order. I called to get it fixed and they either offered to remake it or a $5 coupon. The burger is 3x that amount. So I went back to get the remade burger. They messed it up again as well. Two times. While I was there I asked for the size of their Chili because I also ordered a bowl but got the cup. I was then told by a manager that they only send the bowls for pickup. But as someone who eats here frequently I know that I was given a cup. They did not offer to help or double check anything else. There is a 3 dollar difference between the cup and the bowl. You would think on a $65+ order that they would make sure it was correct. Me and my extended family will no longer be eating at the limekiln one. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because their wonderful server Nicole was very sweet and patient when we had to keep sending the order back. She had nothing to gain but to be a nice person. The pictures attached are my receipt and how the original burger came. It was the BBQ pit burger for reference.

best garlic parm wings in town. The service can be a hit or miss sometimes but for the wings, I’d still keep going for them. Bartenders are always great. This is my favorite out of the 2 locations in green bay to go grab drinks and food.
