I’m amazed. A Mexican lunch buffet! And very fresh, very tasty and lots of choices. I’m going back for sure. We went back and it was even better, the chili verde and the steak tacos are so fresh and tasty. Any Mexican food has a high bar to meet for me, since I grew up smelling and eating refried frijoles and fresh tortillas in the mornings all over Los Angeles and San Diego areas and these guys are very close to that quality. I pray they keep the bar high.

Dropped by for a quick bite to eat. It’s been a while since I’ve been here so, was thrilled to see all the nice improvements!! Bar has been expanded, better lighting in seating area. The food was amazing and service was top notch!! Thank you guys for the welcome improvements and still keeping the prices reasonable. We’ll be back soon!!

As a fellow business owner, I truly hate leaving a negative review, but after two failed attempts to have this issue resolved—and no way to contact anyone directly—I feel I have no choice.
I came in around 7pm after a long day and ordered a Pizzabirria with no onions, as I have an allergy. I got home, showered, and settled in to eat a couple hours later—only to find it loaded with onions.
I called and returned to get it corrected, but what I received the second time was extremely disappointing. The replacement meal looked nothing like the original—it was sloppy, undercooked, and poorly assembled. It felt rushed, careless, and not something that should have been served to any customer, especially not after a mistake.
The server did offer to let me keep the first one, and I accepted—thinking it would be great for my husband since we love La Hacienda and order all the time. We’ve always enjoyed the food, so I truly expected the correction to reflect the same quality.
Unfortunately, it didn’t. This was the second time I’ve had the same issue. I let it go the first time because I understand things happen—but to have it happen again, and to receive a lower quality replacement, is frustrating and disappointing.
Whether this happened because the kitchen was closing or not, it still reflects poorly on the business. I expected better, and I hope someone reaches out to make this right.

I had the lunch chicken fajita at La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant in North Charleston, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the veggies were fresh and sizzling, and the portion was just right. The service was also excellent—fast, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Went with a group of 10 people. We were sat on-time but ordering was extremely difficult due to the language barrier (servers were very kind but could not really speak English). Requests to omit dressing on two orders were forgotten, even after speaking with multiple servers and a manager in advance (due to a lot of confusion with the language barrier) and using Google translate, and when we pointed out the error afterward, manager just replied “yes” and did nothing so we didn’t eat that half of both meals. Included refills for soda were not offered or given without specifically asking (each of us had to ask separately) and trying to cash out as 3 couples and a party of 4 was kind of a nightmare and had to be edited a few times and truly never got it right so we had to make it work between us coworkers with cash. For a very straightforward set of orders and very minimal requests it shouldn’t have been so difficult. They were kind, but nothing was done to remedy issues and it would have helped having bilingual or English-speaking wait staff.

Great restaurant to have a good time and enjoy the food. I had chips and salsa. I also ate the Taco Supreme with extra tomatoes. The restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly. Great ambience. Good music playing and ice cold Corona with lime added to my relaxation. Our server was Cynthia and she was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food, great staff! Prices are great for what you get in portions. Only complain is i would leave the spinkles off the chocolate dessert. Deffinitly a place i recomend to visit!
