If I could give 0 stars I would.. I only review places that are horrible or fantastic.. this place is horrible. They put the food together sloppy, they never have anything ready to serve or they just tell you they don’t have it.. oh and if you dare to door dash from this place you will never get the food, they just plane out don’t give the food to the door dasher.. I picked up food from them today… last Friday night I got DoorDash and they IGNORED my door dasher driver ( 3 of them )… to add all on top of it. The person at the window tonight looked at me through the window and walked away. I was just trying to get sauce they forgot. I took a peak in there and it seemed everyone was lounging around not doing anything

It eas good food but the first dislike I had was the employee was sitting out smoking at the entrance. Move to back where customer doesn’t smell smoke when walking in restaurant. It was quite no inside customers and cashier was in her cell phone. She took my order and went back to her phone. The manager was helping on food line came out and told her to clean or do something. Oan… the food was still hot when I got to my destination and good. Overall this was a good Taco Bell.

Didnt mark my bean or 5 layer. Not enough beef on the five layer. Just cheese and sour cream
Or else I wouldnt be able to tell them apart. The other taco bells are better. This is my second time. I even told them make sure yall dont just sprinkle the beef on a bean burrito. Also they were way smaller then other taco bells.

Get to the store 20 minutes before they’re supposed to close. The woman tries to tell me the reason the apps not working is because they’re about to close in 10 minutes ma’am you don’t close until 3 AM not 250 then when I placed my order you’re all of a sudden out of one of the items first time of the worst experience at this restaurant she just didn’t want to serve anybody and was ready to go home early. I hope you lose sales over this worst service ever at a customer drive-through window.

They forgot stuff in my order. I asked the guy who brought it out after I had to pull up and I got home and all be dang if they didn’t forget my autistic sons plain cheese wrap so I ended up having to cook anyway to make him something before we could eat ours. So always check just to be sure

All of the workers were are all so polite and very attentive! The manager, Karen, made sure we were taken care of. She did an over the top job, along with the rest of the staff, Marcella & another girl, even though they clearly short staffed and low on supplies!

Refuse to take order while the store is OPEN. There is absolutely no way to get out of the drive thru. Wasting gas despite the fact that the store is currently OPEN. Unprofessional.

I tried with this place several times but I’m bowing out and taking my business elsewhere. My order has either something missing, something made wrong, or something old. I would wait 2 to 3 weeks and try again. Same horrible quality. Saddest part is this used to be one of the best Taco Bell’s on this side of town. You could always expect fresh food. Now, it’s literally Russian roulette and your probably gonna get the short end of the stick. I said I needed to provide some proof so a pic is attached from what I got today during lunch 11/10. You can tell the Taco is old. It’s completely soaked through not only the taco but the paper and it doesn’t smell right. How could you logically pass this out the window? Smh
