This place is Mac-nificent. They have ice cream cones for one dollar and ten cents. They have fast service, and they have a really neat in door play area. Place has a lot of space and a few enclosed rooms with glass windows for a more quiet atmosphere. Also, they have a place to lock up your bike for any bikers.

The restroom and store was clean and service is running a 10-15 minute wait time. Before departing I ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee via mobile app. Waiting at least 10 minutes before I realized I might have to go up to the register and say a check in code, so I do that, A manager was the one that assisted me, says there is no order for that code so I show my emailed recipient to them. The response I got is that my order was cancelled… due to running out of pumpkin spice. Due to running out of pumpkin spice. However, I have not received the confirmation email that always gets sent in an order gets canceled immediately nor the refund when I brought this up to the manager and stated there has not been any refund issued or any confirmation of my order being canceled emailed the manager said it takes 4 hours which is just a untrue. I have my orders canceled because I missed the deadline for breakfast all the time and the refund and the confirmations are immediately upon the action. Just the time and confusion you gamble when you order mobile for convenience. Will the cancellation come through? Who knows. The manager rectified this with a regular iced coffee upon my request so good job with that.

Golden Valley McDonald’s deserves a five-star rating for being an excellent example of fast food done right! It has a completely updated and modern feel, and it’s located in a clean, safe neighborhood, setting a standard for other McDonald’s locations. I’ve been coming here for over 55 years! The staff is always friendly and quick. For fast food standards, this place delivers exactly what you want when you want it—just not when you’re craving a McFlurry at 4 AM!

Pulled up to the drive thru for the kid to say “what do you want?” Before even greeting me. Then proceeded to tell me to pull up for my total halfway through ordering. This place also charges 30 cents per sauce and they forget it every single time. Go to a different location if you can

No hand sanitizer. No soap in men’s bathroom, other soap dispenser broken off wall. No sanitizing wipes at station advertising their presence. How are the employees washing hands when returning to work? Like all McDonald’s they’re also understaffed to get help. And the app doesn’t hold credit card info properly. Happy meals keep kids happy but if sanitizing hands is this hard to do…

I live very close to this location so I’m here quite a bit. I usually order through the app and pick up in the drive thru. They’re almost always very friendly. Sometimes my iced coffee tastes off and I’ve had a few issues with them following customizations such as putting pickles on my burger when I customize it to have no pickles, but nothing has been that a big of a deal, except for the time I received the most pathetic mcflurry (a tiny amount of ice cream with oreo just sprinkled on top)

The floor and all the tables were dirty. When asked if they can clean a table for us to eat (multiple times) they didnt. After we complained about it a staff member told us it was busy that’s why no one cleaned. It wasn’t busy inside and the drive through wasn’t long when we parked to go inside. Then she asked which table to clean, my husband said any table because they’re all dirty. She said we could have just use the drive through and asked which table again. After that back and forth a few times we decided to take our food somewhere else to eat it. We had toddler with us also. Then she puts the rag back without wiping down anything at all. We asked so what about the next people who come in to eat? They won’t have anywhere to sit either. They didn’t care at all. So we left. Not coming back
