The entire order was completely wrong!!! They also forgot the classic stacker!! I called the store to let them know the entire order was wrong they answered the phone then hung up when I said hello!!! I had to call DoorDash for a refund!!!

The ai taking the order is wild then u get to the window the manager repeats ur order corrects it & then three more ppl come & ask u what u ordered or if ur order was an online order or a pick up order then they mess up the order even after confirming it on the screen & by the mgr. Do better folks. At this point the Ai taking the order doing better than making the orders & filling the bag

It’s 10pm and there was only two cars in line before us so they were not busy. This is my second time coming to this taco bell and both times my experiences were horrible. I ordered the chicken quesadilla add jalapeños. The first time they made my quesadilla correct but it was cold and the cheese was not melted. This time they put the jalapeños in a cup on the side. My food was cold and the tortilla was hard. We paid at the first window and the lady at the second window tried to have us pay again so there is clearly no communication. My drink order was wrong. The tacos we ordered were also cold. I’ve had food come out of my refrigerator warmer than the food they just served us. I will not be returning. If I’m going to have to deal with such horrible service I expect my food to be exceptional But sadly, it was as horrible as the attitudes and service their employees provide.

Nasty attitudes because they waste my nacho cheese all in the bottom of my bag. I took it in the store for it to be fixed and clearly all she did was kept the wasted nacho cheese back up.! I was able to literally dip three nachos before the cheese was gone! I had no straws, no napkins Just ridiculous

Food….. cmon now…. Taco bell was always the budget choice and now they’ve raised prices and cut down on portions. Used to love this place especially when riding shotgun drunk and someone else taking us through after the bar. Food was very sub par at this location and could’ve been 10× better if it was fresh and not mush. Better luck next time?

Went here one Saturday and only 1 person was working. Inside was closed so did drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Food was good and hot. I applaud that one worker to handle everything alone.

Just got home after going through the drive thru should have checked order before pulling off as items were missing, requested no lettuce on some tacos and got it anyway even though order stated no lettuce. Asked for no ice got ice in drinks anyway. Had to catch my food as she just shoved it and let go before I could grab it as it was out of reach for me. Why do they have to be so rude when it wasn’t busy at all! Anyway, food that did get was cold, shells were soggy at the fold and stale. Won’t give them free money again! Tried calling but no one answered. Done with this place as not the first time getting bad service. And this is one of the tacos!

Ordered delivery. Food was horrible. They piled 10 tacos on top of a Mexican pizza. Food wasn’t hot. Ordered large drinks and was charged for large drinks and was given smaller drinks. My Baja blast was clear just soda water. Filed a complaint on the app and didnt get any response. Poor service
