Went through the drive thru to order some food. Everything seemed fine until my wife started eating her Nacho Bell grande, and found a clump of hair mixed in. Went to the store to get a refund, and when I spoke to the manager, he just showed an indifferent attitude. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience it caused us. He just asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I immediately asked for a refund. I dont feel convinced that they will ensure something like this won’t happen again, definitely not going back.

I dont even know where to begin with this one. I ordered taco bell through doordash last night around 9pm and when my driver arrived they refused to give her my order. She was updating me the entire time because she waited a whopping 20 minutes with an additional 10 minutes trying to get my food for me. She even tried to speak to a manager but apparently they claimed to be the manager on shift. Im not sure if it was busy and they were having a bad night, but there’s no reason to refuse a doordash driver their order unless they didnt accept it (which they absolutely did accept my order, and doordash wont send a driver out otherwise). Things got so bad when she kept asking for a reason the order wouldn’t be fulfilled that she had to contact doordash and eventually the cops had to be called because the employee was crashing out. I dont know the full story, but my driver was incredibly sweet and nearly crying when she called and I could hear the worker screaming in the background so I have no reason to doubt her. This location has always had issues IMO and accordung to doordash they had gotten a few other reports that night, so they simply cancelled the order and fulfilled it at another location. Very unprofessional on their part, I don’t recommend this location. Picture attached of the problematic employee provided by the doordash driver, hopefully corporate sees it.

Ordered through the drive thru, the lady with red hair at 4am on January 23rd was just not in mood or did not care to be there. Told me to hold on after I ordered which is fine. After 15 minutes asked what the deal was no response. Pulled up to the window and she’s just playing on her phone. Tried to get her attention to just be ignored. Pathetic excuse for an employee.

The machine on the wall, when I place the order they were too busy to take my money out the counter because I didn’t want to use credit card in the machine. The place was cleaned it look like it needed to be wiped down. The overall the food was good. I want to change the bathroom but it was locked. I would come back. Seems like a high volume store. We spent $30 for two people.

Multiple times I’ve attempted to order from their drive thru and been turned away during posted hours of operation because, and I quote, “We’re only taking DoorDash orders”. What sort of absurd Buisness model is that? Sounds like lazy employees that just don’t want to deal with customers to me.

The cheese grilled on the outside of my rolled quesadilla was melted sloppy, not grilled on fully. This is common at many locations I’ve visited. TB needs to slow down and grill their items fully. I get it’s fast food but half melted cheese on the outside of a tortilla is BS.

They decided locally to stop taking in person orders at 1055 pm (open until 4am) because they did not have staffing. I was told at the drive thru order window, stuck in line. I will try to lessen their burden by going to other locations exclusively.

Very steady flow of customers ,16 to 35 yrs of age well staffed and very c l can.
Food was very well prepared .staff was very friendly.
A great dining experience.
