Ordered my food LAST night and waited over a hour for it. Just for my order to arrive missing items. The driver asked specifically for my drink and I did not get it. He was told there was no drink on my order That drink is about $4 for a large. The sandwiches were thrown together as well. Very disappointing.

I wouldn’t suggest dinning here until some changes are made. The dinning room appeared kept. The food was cooked well but poorly put together. The staff was not friendly at all. Customer avoidant, unfriendly, ‘im here’ kind of mentality. There were personal items in the kitchen. Clocked out employees hanging out in the kitchen and having personal, unprofessional conversations. After we ate, I witnessed an employee preparing food with only one gloved hand. That was worrisome being that we had completed our meal already. A very unfortunate and underwhelming visit….

I used to go to Jack in The box all the time in Texas and it was amazing. The first red flag is that it takes about 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru even with one or two cars in front of you. There is a demeanor of hopelessness amongst the staff which reflects in the food a little bit. I can’t help but feel disgusted when I eat here. The burger I got had two patches of mold on the bun and the bun was hard as rock. The food reminded me of a giant chicken nugget full of grease and smashed together. There needs to be a serious management change because they’re not rotating the food “first in first out” and they’re not managing their staff properly.

Pulled in early in the morning to get food it’s the only place open and the staff was extremely rude. Slow to answer the drive through and when they did it was with attitude. I asked if they served burgers all day cause it was so early and they said “it’s on the sign”. Along with having an attitude at the window.

I accompanied a friend inside. I never eat at JIB because all of their food is greasy. When I went in, I immediately had to turn around because the smell of the particular grease this place uses really does a number on me.

Due to heavy New Year’s traffic, we waited in the drive-thru line for almost an hour. We sat at the ordering screen for approximately 20 minutes with no response, even after attempting to speak into the intercom. Believing the system was not working, we pulled forward to the window.
At the window, the employee stated that she heard me the entire time yet never responded and then refused to take our order. I apologized and explained that I thought the intercom was broken. She told us we would need to get back in line and wait another 60 minutes.
When I asked for her name, she refused (this was at exactly 2:03 am January 1 st) and said she did not have to provide it. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and very uncomfortable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food was great but they were out of smash Patty’s, out of a specific bun and sauce. They missed our order of fries. But we will always love the mini tacos!

Super super slow had to wait OVER 20 minutes to order in drive thru and another 20 to 25, minutes to get our food. NOT A FAST FOOD PLACE. Tacos were as flat as a pancake not like in the picture We were on our way back to NY and really wanted to try this place so we made sure to add this to our stop. Very disappointing with the service and food. There were rats running around the parking lot
