We had a very large party after a work function. Dio made sure all of those in our party had their orders taken in a timely manner, had our beverages refilled promptly and our food was cooked to order, arriving to our table hot and ready to eat. First I’d like to start off with, staff was lovely during order pick up. However, I am highly disappointed in the quality of food and I wonder how long my food would have sat if I didn’t decide to just go inside and wait. Order status was”preparing” when I walked in and gave them my name, they immediately had my order yet it was still showing it was being prepared still. Food I was so excited for haven’t had Denny’s in forever! It was just absolutely disgusting all the way around. Very disappointing.. still almost an hour later my order says “finishing up”…… this was a “special treat for my 2 year old daughter so it’s just so annoying.

This Denny’s is a favorite in my area. The food is always great. Sarah M. is always a friendly and attentive waitress. She has great recommendations if you’re not sure what you’re in the mood to eat. Service is always fast and I always have a nice morning when I eat here.

Our theatre loves coming here after our shows and every single time they’ve been super accommodating! Recently when we came, our server Dio was so sweet! He interacted with us and made us feel so welcome even though we were a big party (approximately 30). Even though it was harder to take our orders and take care of us, he asked for patience very clearly and yet he was super patient with us!

AMAZING late night joint! The staff is incredibly personable and the night manager takes a personal investment in the customer experience!!! Omar has been a FIVE star server with AMAZING recall!! I have had NOTHING but positive late-night experiences in this joint! And in Carol Stream after hours, that’s a rarity!!

Food was what I’d except from such a nostalgic diner. I’ve been going to dennys for years and it never gets old. Same order every time. Phenomenal service from the waiter Sarah M. She made it feel so welcoming and that I was in good hands. Made sure to tip real good. That was the best service I have experienced in a long time.
