Mice dropping in the corners and by the shoe holder in the play place. But the food is what you pay for and they’re very friendly and courteous in telling you that money’s more important than your child’s happiness. My children and I were refused from pucucing a happy meal toys separately from this establishment but the one down the street had no problem selling two toys from their changeable collection.
That lost my business, not the cheap food they sell or the incompetence behind the counter, but the disrespect’s to my children.

Not happy all you can’t pay cash but the curbside pickup. That was previous post here is updated post, I went tonight in a rush and drove up in line and decided to take the first lane behind a white truck. Here I thought they were ordering but then I seen three or four cars go through the other drive through well I’m still sitting here someone probably a lazy employee put that truck there to save on work if two drive thrus

Very polite and helpful staff.. Chicken nuggets, fries and hash browns were lukewarm which was a bummer but shakes and breakfast sandwich was on point. Clean and nice play area for kids.. Lounge for adults to relax in comfort while kids play.. Wi-Fi access as well.. Enjoyable experience.. Wish food was as good as the facility is.. Family friendly for sure!! 🙂 🙂

My order was incorrect again. I called the Essexville location to get a resolution and was treaded rudely by Deb and when I suggested that order accuracy was important she became hostile and told me that I should not come to her restaurant because they can’t get orders correct. This left me grimacing. I definitely feel that a break from Mc Donald’s is a great idea. I appreciate the suggestion Deb. Thank you.
Just to recap, a long wait for freshly made food that is wrong and then it is the responsibility of the customer to return and wait again for sub par service. It seems an uber eats credit would be in order as I do not feel I should be inconvenienced repeatedly because of consistently wrong orders. The only thing that seems to be consistent is inaccuracy.

Went to the Essexvile McDonalds earlier today. We ordered three Oreo mcflurries and all of which were 3/4 full (at best). We went back through the drive through and asked if there was any way the staff could remedy this. The manager took back the mcflurries without a word, put one dollop of ice cream on top, and returned them to us, again without uttering a single word. She had no facial expression throughout this exchange. Shrinkflation is real. We will not be coming back.
