Firstly, the textures of both dishes were amazing.

What I ordered: Katsu Don, Chicken Karaage

The Good: Texture, temperature, katsu, and staff.

The Bad: Bland Chicken Karaage, Men’s bathroom in need of a nice cleaning.

The Katsu Don was amazing, I have no complaints at all. I’d especially like to shout out the Katsu for being spot on. Perfectly fried, not dry or overly chewy, delicious with sauce.

The miso and pickles were fine, no problems, no standouts.

The Chicken Karaage was very crispy and crunchy but the flavor wasn’t there. I’m used to the soy sauce, sake, and garlic brine really coming through in the chicken juices, but not here. Still, the texture was great and it was fresh from the kitchen, very good there.

The staff was very nice, very attentive and curious about how I enjoyed my meal. I would say that they improved my enjoyment of the restaurant.

Finally the men’s bathroom was, not where I’d like it to be. It was usable, but I didn’t feel great about using it. A good solid cleaning of the room and a new soap dispenser would go a long way I think.

Overall, would come back. 8/10

We had the chicken curry katsu and two bowls of ramen.
The curry and chicken had great flavor and texture.
The quality of the meat/egg/vegetables in the ramen were of better than was I’m used to at other places.
I’m impressed and will be back.

The service is horrible. They were only 2 tables which they were serving and we eaited 45 minutes for our food. We asked them ouppe of times and they were like we are extremely busy and allow us 10 more minutes. We wanted to leave but we got our starter already and so had to wait. The place was not clean and restrooms were bad too. The only thing is the food.
Croquette was good. Both Vegetable Miso and Shoyu Ramen were good as well. I wull
prefer take out rather than dine-in at this place.

Skip the overrated Shoya and give this place a try if you are craving ramen. They got the best ramen in Atlanta, at least their black garlic tonkatsu is the best. The noodles were al dente to my liking. The broth was so flavorful it was hard to beat. The egg was cooked perfectly and very well seasoned. The chashu was the only item that needed improvement. If they torch it a bit before serving it would give it that char flavor. Their udon is alright.

Went for a random dinner with a friend yesterday. The restaurant was nearly empty, so we were seated right away. I ordered the Premium Tonkatsu while my friend had the Katsudon. She loved hers, but I found the tonkatsu just okay, the broth was rich and flavorful but the charred pork was cold, even though the bowl itself was piping hot.
The service was great! Our server was attentive and professional. The only downside was a loud table nearby, though that was no fault of the restaurant or its employees. Overall, I would come back to try the udon or another dish next time.

I highly recommend Yebisuya. It’s a ramen restaurant, but they also offer other delicious options like udon, which I tried and absolutely loved. The food is very tasty, authentic, and well-prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, perfect to enjoy a nice meal, and the staff is excellent—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Definitely a place worth visiting if you want to enjoy great Japanese food.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday with my brother, and the overall atmosphere was amazing and cozy. We were seated relatively quickly, but it took about 10 minutes for someone to take our order, and another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. We ordered the premium tonkotsu, clear tonkotsu, and a side of fried dumplings. Everything was so tasty! I would definitely come back and recommend it.

First impression visit. Free parking lot.

Pros
Fast and friendly service!
The sushi was excellent and the ramen was nice and flavorful! I appreciate the meat being grilled and seasoned instead of just thrown in the ramen without any attention to it. Noodles are fresh.
Great sake and the rice bowl was good as well!

Cons
None that I could find!

Would I Recommend: Yes! Definitely!

Came here for lunch on a cold Black Friday. It was a very good choice. The ramen noodles were very delicious, large portions too & reasonable prices. I got the super sized ramen for $2 more with twice the meats & toppings. They also accommodated my request to switch the ramen noodle for soba noodle. The appetizers were tasty as well. 2 thumbs up for Japanese casual eats.
