Cute breakfast spot! The service was great. We got there just before 8am and only had to wait barely 10 minutes for our food. The home fries were a little cold/hard – but part of that could be how long it took me to get to eat it

This place used to be great. The food is clearly not the same food and they used to fill full plates now they put it all in a tiny plate in the middle of the original giant plate to cut portions and raised the prices insanely. I never would have expected slinkflation from a mom and pop diner. They also refuse to crisp up the hash. No matter how burnt I tell them I want it, still comes out not crunchy. I got a tried and true and they’re known for eggs Benedict. Since when was it a giant slab of ham and not Canadian bacon and why is an extra teaspoon worth of hollandaise sauce $1.50 extra? I’ve been going since the Quincy days, and it was my regular spot for over 20 years. They’ve lost a long-standing loyal customer.

This is a quaint small restaurant that offers all day breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. We went for a late breakfast. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress was excellent. I look forward to my next visit.

As a local favorite, this place gets pretty packed. There is plenty of parking in its private lot and plenty of seating inside. They offer standard diner options. I got the crunchy and regular French toast and a steak Benedict. I preferred the regular French toast; the crunchy French toast tasted too oily. The steak Benedict was good.

Food was delicious and service was excellent! We had a short wait to get in, but when we were seated the food came right away once we ordered. The waitstaff was pleasant and friendly, and there were enough of them that they didn’t seem stressed despite the crowded restaurant. My biscuits and gravy with eggs were delicious, and the home fries were crispy and brown just how I like them!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SERVICE! I am a long time customer and I have never experienced service as poorly as I did today.

Unfortunately, I can’t believe the rude behavior I was treated with by A lady who works there. She hung up on me twice the first time giving me attitude cutting me off as I was speaking and not letting me explain what the issue was. I called again to ask for the manager and she did not want to tell me his name or how to spell her name.

My food was burnt and there was so much inconsistency with the order. Some things were burnt, part of the order was undercooked, and also very salty…

“Kerry”, “Carrie”, or however it’s spelled I will be sure to let all of my friends and family that are frequent customers about the experience I was treated with today on my birthday.

Food looks and tastes awful. We ordered a cup size of clam chowder and received a literal to-go coffee cup of lumpy slop that I wouldn’t feed to my dog let alone a human being. I thought the chicken and waffles would redeem this meal as we were looking forward to it due to the photo provided on the menu, as it stated we would have crispy chicken breasts smothered in sauce over a sweet delicious waffle. To our surprise, we received 3 frozen chicken tenders you would get from a hospital meal, over a soggy bland waffle. We hoped to find solice by atleast being able to cover it with sryup to mask the blandness, but the ‘syrup’ was a nauseating cup of grainy and greasy flavorless unidentifiable liquid with foam ontop. We won’t be back and neither should you.
