First time here, went for the special advertised on the windows. It’s 3 tenders (grilled or fried) with fries, toast, dipping sauce and a drink for $6.99!! You can’t beat it. Plus the seasoning was perfect.
You can substitute the fries for Okra but it is $1.99 extra.
We also got the fried pickles which are sliced and breaded NOT cornmeal which was great!! Alittle on the salty side but still very good.

So disappointed about Customer Service today
I walk into the restaurant first thing I ask are the tables outside clean? There was a gentleman in a young lady in the cashier. The gentleman looked at me and answer. Yes, they are. the young lady Kiyah Reenee H Takes my order in within minutes I’m walking outside and I see that the tables have pollen on the top all of them. I go and ask the young lady can you please wipe down the table? We are going to sit outside. It has a lot of pollen. She didn’t replied with a confusing face I can try to clean the table. The ones outside are hard to clean. I said to myself, how hard can it be to dust a table with pollen. The young lady answered and said I will try, but still decided to go clean another table inside the restaurant, knowing my food was already waiting outside in my dusty pollen table. So disappointing that she decided to go clean another table inside when the restaurant was not even full instead of saying, yes ma’am, let me go clean as much as I can the table you are going to sit. Is that time of year where families wants to spend a nice meal outside with their kids. It would be nice for the restaurant to see that and clean their tables every morning as they clock in. Kiyah Reenee H hope next time you don’t do the same to another mom !!!!

First time trying Slim Chickens and I do have to say their chicken strips and fries are so delicious! hot and fresh and the sauces are very good. I DEFINITELY will be coming back to try their chicken sandwich. Also, The staff was friendly and nice.

I had an experience that was reviewed by Irene, the manager, and I honestly didn’t expect my concern to be noticed. To my surprise, Irene personally called me to address it and assured me that it truly mattered to her. She took the time to explain the reason behind my concern, which I greatly appreciated.

Great service. The team was very attentive and hospitable. Leaving and hearing, “Have a great day,” made my heart smile. The toast was the best part to me. It was my first time trying the spot. Chicken wasn’t that extravagant, but it wasn’t bad and for good/quality service, I’d always come back.

This is our Sunday hangout. I get the strips tossed with cayenne pepper dry rub and dip with the mango habanero sauce. Gotta be one of the best combos I’ve tried. I also like the pepper ranch sauce. Consistent service and experience week after week. The salad is excellent too. Every once in awhile the ice machines run out of ice and sometimes the music is a bit loud but that’s the worst of it.

I want to take time out to say that the manager at the Humble Location by the name of IRENE provided me with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE RECEIVED IN A LONG TIME! There was a glitch in the website and it changed my order to a location further down 1960 and although that location would not answer so that I could cancel, IRENE went above and beyond to make sure I received my food at her location!! While there I witnessed her lead her team and get those orders out with no hesitation!!! Great job Irene and thank you and your team again!!!

Stoped here while out shopping ordered the 5×5. The quality at this location has really gone down hill. One of my “tenders” was smaller than a wing. Only one bite’s worth. One of the wings wears inedible. Hard as a rock. Must have gotten lost and was swimming in the grease for a while. The guy walked by and asked how I was doing. I pointed out the issues and he said the size of the tenders is random. As far as the wing, he offered to cook on up to replace it. I waited a while to get my food and didnt have time to wait on one wing. Slim Chickens was one of my fave spots, but looks like I may have to start looking for a replacement.
The chicken tenders here are way better than the competitors. They also have more selections of sides, and sauces. I like the Mango Habanero and the Inferno. The Mac-n-cheese is my favorite side. I do like their fries, I normally do not like fries. Theirs is thin, crunchy and seasoned. You can get your wings or tenders dipped. Just ask. On hot days I swing through to get som lemonade. It isn’t from a fountain or mix.
