Had such a great experience at Amicci’s of Little Italy. The place is cute, nice, and casual — super comfortable atmosphere.
The Panino was an absolute delight. I genuinely wanted to bathe in that creamy scampi sauce — it was that good. The calamari was cooled to perfection and for larger pieces they were still tender! The Shrimp Salerno and Ricardo were both delicious and generously portioned.
Everything was fantastic and we will definitely be going back!

Just bad overall. Food was flavorless. Gnocchi had a thick cheese sauce with no flavor. Espresso was cold. Canolli was SO bad. Drinks were fine. Service was okish, not warm or welcoming. I’ve had better food and service at Fazzolis (for less $$$). There are plenty of way better restaurants in the area. Avoid.

I want to start by saying my reasons for giving this establishment the rating that I did. The food was amazing. The presentation of each plate was attractive, and the flavor and amount of food was to die for. The environment was cozy, beautiful and warming. When making and communicating our reservation needs over several phone conversations with the host it was nothing but pleasant. We were a large group, which I believe, made it difficult for the waiter to provide outstanding service, We were not irate nor drunk, nor impatient, just a group of women looking to receive a fine dining experience.

However, the experience was not quite the way we had expected. It is my opinion that the waiter was new or had no experience servicing a large party. Although he was nice enough to break the bills down into four groups he was not capable getting the correct meals grouped together after three attempts. We literally had to write out the groups of meals to assist.

Two members of our group ordered the same meal that did not display that it was spicy, and upon inquiring about it and one particular individual wanted to have it the meal taken off the bill and replace with another meal. The request was denied, and we had to pay for the meal and the replacement meal. The manager refused to take the meal off the bill; I decided to relieve the individual of stress and paying for a meal that she would pay for and not eat, so I offered to pay for it with the conditions that I could take it to go. A new meal was received and according to the group member it was delicious and to her satisfaction, which made me happy.

When receiving the bill both meals were on the receipt, but I had to ask the waiter three times where is my meal to go since I paid for it? When they packaged the meal, because of the amount of food, which was great, they packed it all in two small containers that were overflowing with juice from the meal. By the time I got back to my destination, the bag was soiled with liquid, it ripped and the favorable bowl juice was everywhere, including on me. I was disappointed in this part of our experience. However, because of all the things mentioned in the beginning of this post, I would return again but now I know what to expect. I decided to give this restaurant a review because I want to let you know what you could expect and how to prepare for it. This experience will not stop me from returning again because the majority of my experience was pleasant, and again, the food was amazing; I recommend you give them a try on the food and environment alone. And hopefully you will have a better waiter who can handle a big group. I do want to add that he was trying his best was not rude and kept apologizing. Kudos to him for that.

We kinda of felt sorry for the waiter/waitress, which is why we offered to help sort out the bills correctly. This was kind of frustrating however, keep in mind each bill included the 20% tip. Honestly, we would’ve given additional tip had the services and the manager’s decision were different.

Amicci’s of Little Italy is a very fine establishment; I recommend the manager reconsider their policy on meal returns or have the waiter/waitress or menu clearly reveal to the customers which meals are spicy, especially with a large group.

Consistently delicious, well-made food at a great value. Friendly staff that offers great service, in a welcoming atmosphere.

My picture shows 2 of their “every day $20 entree + salad + dessert” deals. The left one is chicken parm spaghetti and the right is shrimp ricardo (both are paired with caesar salad and tiramisu)

Dinner at Amicci’s was a delight. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and so helpful. We started with The Panino and Rose Sangria (the fruit was fresh!). We shared the Shrimp Salerno, the sauce was delicate and the prosciutto enhanced the flavors. Excellent dining experience!

This is a great spot for happy hour or for small group dinners that has great food in the heart of little italy Baltimore. Get the pane rotunda you won’t be disappointed. Went for a work happy hour and all agreed that the food was on point. Also had the burratta and tomatoes and mozzarella sticks.

What a charming restaurant! In Baltimore’s Little Italy section of the city, this restaurant serves vibrant and traditional Italian cuisine with great service and a homelike environment. There are several dining rooms which keeps the ambience quieter and more personal, which is a welcome change from loud establishments. The food was so well made with lots of care and the bold flavors were simply amazing . Our server was welcoming, the whole restaurant is very clean and they have a full bar if you’re looking to have cocktails while waiting for your table. We had no wait for lunch on a Sunday, but I would expect to wait or need reservations during evening dinner hours. You can also eat outside when the weather permits. Enjoy!

I’m in love!!! Amicci’s exceeded my expectations! Not only is the food DELICIOUS, the portions are huge. Typically no wait during the week days, but expect to wait for seating Friday and Saturday! Sangria is on point and you can take a bottle home- OMG!! Excellent value overall

I had an extremely poor experience at this family-owned Italian restaurant in Baltimore. Not only did the server bring out the wrong dishes after my friend carefully pointed to the correct ones, but the manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. When we explained the mistake, the manager outright refused to consider that their staff might be at fault. Instead, they blamed us for “ordering wrong” and said they trusted their server over the customer. Quoted from their word, “My server has never done anything wrong before” which makes me doubt. They couldn’t provide any proof, of course, and the whole situation felt like they were just covering for their own staff because it’s a family-run place. I definitely believe the Manager whoever works for the lunch shift on Friday, Dec 12th 2025 should get more training on acing this job. In the end, they only gave a partial refund and treated us with a lot of disrespect. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for decent service. And I will report this entire incident to BBB to get this marked.

Amicci’s was a great experience. My friend and I went for an early dinner. We got a great seat by the window. There are multiple dining areas, and I found ours to be very quaint and inviting. We got a burrata appetizer, and it was great. Service was good. Pasta was perfectly cooked. Flavors were great. Prices were reasonable.

The only reason for the 4 stars is the fact that no bread is served with dinner. What kind of Italian meal is served without bread and olive oil for sopping up the sauces? I would rather that they raise their prices a few dollars and don’t be so cheap with the accompaniments. When did we get to the point where restaurants only serve “pieces” of meals? It is not an immersive experience when you have to piece things together like a self- service place.
