Inside service i would not recommend a their primary focus is keeping the drive thru clock at a minimum. I watched 5 cars come through and leave after I placed my order but still waiting on my food.

James is the man, a real good manager. We had an issue with our online order. James corrected it. Good management skills.
Lobby could’ve been cleaner, food/trash was on a few tables/floor. Drive thru was flowing, and door dash had their food ready. No one waited. I sat and watched. James and his crew are the real deal. No attitudes, and polite. Customer Service A1.

Customer service just not what it used to be, man assisting the drive thru cashier making and serving drinks with tissue rolled up in his nose and had the nerve to be touching the tissue in his nose during the process of making someone drink, then the cashier have on dirty plastic gloves taking in money serving food ! Located on the border of Harper Woods and grosse pointe woods. Order is usually always correct. Pretty busy at nights especially late nights always a wait. Never seems too busy during the day though. Not a huge parking lot so usually use the drive through. But I have eaten inside and it is very nice. Lots of seating
