The service is always above and beyond at this location. It does feel a little smaller/more crammed than other locations, but it shares a similar vibe as you’d expect. The food all tastes great and consistent to other locations, however this location has a bad habit at undercooking pasta. This was our second visit and they are 4 for 4 (all different dishes) at not getting those noodles right. Other than that, expect your higher Cheesecake Factory level prices and just buy a whole cheesecake at the Costco nearby instead 😉

The service saved this from being an awful experience! Our waitress was awesome! The food was not so good, the noodles were under cooked, the steak was over cooked. the dishes were not good the waitress apologized several times about the wait before we ever had to say anything. I thought a placec that had Cheesecake in the name would have amazing cheesecake, that’s not the case. very disappointing.

Our server Abigail Brown was so amazing- the best waitress we’ve ever had! She was knowledgeable about the dishes, described them perfectly, was very attentive even though it was super busy, and she was warm and incredibly friendly throughout the evening. We would love to have her as our waitress again!

Today my husband and I went to celebrate my baby’s birthday, and this is what we ordered. From the very beginning, we received terrible service from the hostess; she came over and practically threw the menus on the table, apparently she was stressed. Then the waitress was even worse. We usually go to The Cheesecake Factory at other locations, but today we wanted to try the one in Orem. The waitress didn’t offer us the bread they normally serve at the beginning, and she was arrogant. The food took more than an hour to arrive at the table, and the service was the worst. We definitely won’t be returning to the Orem location.

Took my wife and daughter out to lunch yesterday and it was the BEST lunch ever!! The cuisine could not have been better. The entire meal I ordered was a 9.999 on a scale of one to ten. Trust me you need to try the Chicken Chipotle Pasta, add the Caesar Salad and of course the delicious breads and your taste buds will be applauding for the entire culinary experience. Max our server was the best of the best. I have never had a better server at a restaurant in my entire life. Anyone who dines at the Orem Cheesecake factory and you are fortunate enough to have Max as your server you will be oh so happy. His attention to the customer and his winning personality add the perfect touch to the dining experience. Want the A++ dining experience? My husband and I have tried to eat at this Cheesecake Factory twice now, and both visits were honestly terrible. The first time was shortly after they opened. It was around 8 pm on a Sunday, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, and it still took over 45 minutes to get our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold and completely flavorless.

We decided to give it another chance a week ago, also on a Sunday around 7:30 pm. Again, the place was practically empty. It took our server over 30 minutes just to bring drinks, and even then they were the wrong ones. We had to flag down a different server just to get bread. We didn’t even get to order until about 40 minutes after we were seated. Meanwhile, a table that arrived half an hour after us ordered, ate, got cheesecake, and paid before our server checked on us again. At that point, I’m pretty sure he just forgot we existed.

Honestly, we should have just left after the first hour of waiting, but it was a Sunday night and almost everything else was already closed.

After waiting an hour, we asked to have our food packaged to go. That took another 15 minutes. We also ordered a birthday cheesecake for my husband, which somehow turned into another 10-minute ordeal. When we finally got home and opened the food, the chicken, which is normally covered in sauce, had maybe two drops on it, and the asparagus was severely undercooked.

Safe to say we won’t be coming back unless they seriously improve their staff and service. And judging by other reviews, it seems like we’re not the only ones having these issues. Very disappointing.

Took my wife on a nice dinner! The food tasted so good! Especially compared to last time, which may have been my fault since I ordered something kinda weird. I would love bigger portions but I also didnt feel empty when I got out. I ordered their shawarma and was pleasantly surprised by the presentation and flavors.

For being a $200+ meal I was not happy. 3 out of the 5 people at our table did not like their food. My husband got the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, hated it. I got the Bistro Burger, hated it. My 8 year old even hated the macaroni and cheese. The only good thing was the warm bread and cheesecake.

Also, of waitress I wish I would have gotten her name was so rude. Every time I asked a question about the food. My daughter has a severe nut allergy she would feel put out and really not give us an answer.

Best date night experience! I would definitely recommend placing a reservation though, wait times can be extremely long. The chicken Parmesan “pizza style” was incredibly delicious. Our waitress said they frequently run out so if you get that chance, snag that dish

We came here for my granddaughters birthday. There was a group of 10 of us! When we called ahead, they said to come at 4 o’clock usually they’re not very busy and that’s the best time to come because it’s before the dinner rush, so we decided we would do 4 o’clock. my husband and I got there at 3:40 To get our name on the list. The hostess seemed irritated that there was 10 of us, she suggested maybe we sit on the patio.(they had a lot of empty tables) I told her I didn’t want to sit on the patio because it was in the high 90s and it was too hot. She told us that they could have us seated by 4:30 and let her know when our party had arrived. I went back to the hostess counter about 4:05 to let them know our whole party has arrived, I am assuming she was a manager she was quite rude and said we were quoted 30 minutes and that we would not be seated before 4:30. I told her we actually got there at 3:40 and the other hostess said that she would have a seated before 4:30. The manager/hostess was still quite rude. (My son-in-law even noticed and made a comment when we walked away) I asked My granddaughter if she wanted to go somewhere else, however she wanted to stay. We got seated at 4:40 our waiter was fabulous. He really made my granddaughter feel special on her birthday. He gave excellent service, that’s why I gave 3 stars other words it would of been 1 star. the food was great! I don’t think I would hurry back. I feel that the manager/Hostess Needs training on Making their customers feel welcomed! We spent Close to $250 And walked away filling the over all experience was just OK. And they get the OK because of how fabulous the server was!
