I came through the drive through tonight and was double charged for the most expensive item on my receipt. The manager and employee who rang me up were both extremely rude and the manager couldn’t even let me know how long a refund would take. Terrible experience Hailey and Esmeralda. I won’t be coming here again. From a $15 dollar meal to a $27 one. Ridiculous.

This is my favorite Del Taco. I live in Long Beach but I drive a little farther to go to this Signal Hill location. Friendly staff too. They have Coke Zero and really good guacamole

Service was excellent. I tried the 3 layer nachos that I got free from the app, honestly, if they don’t have the basic nacho ingredients (nacho cheese and jalapeños) to me they’re just chips and bean dip.

Ordered around 3:30 am got half of my order, burrito was cold and small (ordered 2 of them but got one), my fries were cold and hard and they got my order for my nachos wrong, uber gave me a refund for the missing burrito and that was it

My most recent visit to Del Taco was a terrible experience with the drive-thru employee who had a (horrible attitude) and wasn’t customer friendly at all (like he was angry for not getting a break or something) and the wait time to order and recieve my order afterwards was probably around 20 minutes. I couldn’t leave because of vehicles in front and back of my vehicle so I turned my vehicle off several times while in the drive-thru line to preserve gasoline. I won’t support this location anymore and probably the other locations as well over this negative experience. The food wasn’t hot by the time I finally made it to the pick up window and not worth the bad experience.
