URKODIAK536? NOIMNOT
UPDATE, Oct. 2025 visit.
Treied different foods, not as impressed, must’ve ben a different cook?
Wife enjoyed her noidles, my so called “poke” bowl sucked, WORST Ievener had ANYWHERE.
Best food we had in casino so far, aside from Ruth’s Chris in Vegas.
I ordered their classic noodle and wife got herself a fried rice.
My noodles were very tasty and somewhat spicy.
Wife said her fried rice was kind of “tasteless”, I agree it was kind of “flat” tasting.
We shared some fried gyoza, which was crunchy and served hot.
$55+ tip was bit high but, it’s Caesar’s casino AND brand new location…

My husband and I visited on a Saturday, right when the opened. Our server was very sweet and explained the menu. We chose poke bowls and they were delicious. It is inside the casino so 21+ to enter.
People watching 10/10 🙂

Believe the reviews. We were planning on going there, but after reading the reviews and seeing as how they used AI/some other computer generation for their (the companies profile itself) picture of the restuarant, is an extreme no go for me. Y’all done got all these tax and electric breaks just pay someone a few dollars for a REAL photo. Look at 2nd photo attached by an actual patron. Looks completely different

Destiny and Thalia were the most amazing, attention to detail and caring individuals we had. My husband has a severe shellfish allergy, and they just went above and beyond they offered up information without even having to be asked such as I will have the cooks change their gloves I will have them take extra precautions, and even when they brought out the food, they insured that the gloves were changed walks were even changed for new ones. Thank you for making our night Fantastic.

Food was great. We started with the steamed dumplings which were fantastic! My bf had beef and broccoli and I had the spicy Dan Dan noodle bowl. Will definitely go back when we visit Ceasers Casino

I recently visited Dan Dan Noodle Bar and ordered the Chicken Ramen (Mild). While the overall flavor profile was enjoyable, there were a few significant issues that impacted my experience.
The noodles themselves were unfortunately undercooked, which detracted from the texture of the dish. However, the broth was quite tasty. I do have a dietary restriction where I don’t eat pork and when I asked the waitress about the broth base, she stated that I ordered chicken but it is not uncommon for the broth base to be pork. I am going to blame this on the lack of knowledge.
The service was also lacking. Our server wasn’t very attentive, and we had to wait longer than expected for assistance.

Service was good. Everyone was very nice and professional. Appetizers (gyoza & calamari) were excellent. The Lo mein could’ve used a lot more flavor, had to put the rest of the gyoza sauce on it. Chicken ramen was delicious. California Roll was the biggest disappointment of them all. Would definitely be back for some apps!

Had the orange chicken with fried rice and chicken lo mein. The orange chicken was okay, the rice and noodles were incredible, and the chicken lo mein was very bland chicken. Prices were high as compared to other local spots serving the same if not better food.

We came here from North Carolina for our celebration dinner, the staff was very welcoming the food was okay. Out of the entire meal we liked the Pork Gyoza and the Sushi California Roll. The KFC was prepared and placed nicely but the flavor was a bit salty. The Kung Pao Chicken Entree was alright not what I expected.

They need new cook. We order sushi and fried rice and the rice was uncooked. I told them about but they didn’t said any thing or acknowledge it. We only eat there bc there’s no Asian food I. The casino. Try three stack instead if you don’t want to be disappointed
