Sign on door and website says closes at 9:30… I showed up pretty late nigh at 9:10 on the dot, which understandable the staff is trying to get out. I’ve worked food chains my whole life, trust me I can see 5-10 minutes till close, still not great and I wouldn’t even come in at that point. But 20 minutes before close turning away is tragic. Just say closed at 9… I been craving a smash burger all week. Upon arrival door was open, open sign was still on, chairs flippedc half restaurant tables upside down, and I was left hungry burger less 🙁 sad

Enjoyed my visit to Smashburger. It has been several years since I’ve visited and I was glad to see the menu had a nice combination of burgers, including vegetarian options. It was also nice to get the Brussels sprouts as an alternative to fries, which did look delicious. My burger came out really hot and delicious and I dug in right away. I really appreciated that even though I ordered my burger without a bun, they still included the sauce, which was delicious.

We’ve always liked Smashburger, and eat there often enough. But this time our shakes were only half of what they should have been especially when you pay $6.00 for them. These shakes also had a good amount of whip cream on the top too, pretty lacking. We enjoy their burgers and fries cooked in tallow, but the shakes have been lacking!

Had a great experience at Smashburger! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want when you’re craving a good burger. The place was clean and the service was fast. A special shoutout to Kaydence — she was super friendly, helpful, and really made the visit even better. You can tell she cares about customers and does her job well. Will definitely be back!

This location says it closes at 09:30PM, but when I arrived at 8:50PM, they refused to take my order and said the were no longer serving customers.
If your posted closing time is 9:30PM, customers should be able to order until then. It’s disappointing to be turned away 40 minutes before closing.
Please make sure your hours are accurate or that staff continues serving until the posted closing time.

The food is consistently delicious and fresh. Jazzy took our order and was very courteous and helpful when we weren’t sure what to get by providing recommendations. Service dining in is very quick – which I am glad for. Overall the tables could be cleaner, but it’s a pleasant experience each time.
