I have been to Tom’s in another location before, but I happened to be around the area, so I thought I would check out this Tom’s location with a friend.
We shared the chili fries burrito – incredibly generous portion, easily enough for two people. Their chili cheese onion rings were also a hit- the chili sauce has a great flavor with just the right amount of mild kick (I just wish there were a bit more cheese on top). We also had the Mexican chicken salad to make this meal “slightly” healthier. Overall, food quality is pretty good!

Best chili cheese fries around. Fries are nice and crispy. The spicy Latino burger was absolutely amazing. Super juicy and had a kick. Also real cane sugar “sprite” was good.

My initial skepticism about this restaurant was based on the mixed reviews, but they don’t do it justice. I ordered a super burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger was perfectly seasoned, topped with melted cheese and grilled onions, it was a 10/10. The chili cheese fries were also great—they had the perfect balance of chili and cheese. And to top it off, I was given a complimentary mocha drink while I waited for my food. The customer service was excellent, and I couldn’t complain about anything.

Came across Tom’s after leaving the csrwash, and the drive thru was always busy – and now I know why. The food is very good, I’ve only ever had the stack burger combo… maybe next time I’ll try something different. But so far, the stack burger has never failed me. I can even eat it cold… looking forward to more adventures at Tom’s!

The chili cheese fries was nearly flavorless if not for the possibly bad cheese.
The hotdog was burnt and the bread tasted stale.
There was a hair in my fries as well.

The food was decent, but it was incredibly hot inside the restaurant. Luckily, the customer service was great.

Had the pastrami chili cheese fries and my wife had the corn Asada fries with everything on it when eating it had no flavor no really no taste of seasoning different very different than expected it to be spent about $40 over $40 had zucchini on the side wasn’t too excited about those either but atmosphere great customer service is great. Just not a fan of the food.

So i have this place a bad review 2 years ago and nothing has change. They still get my order wrong and for example i askedn3 orders with grilled onions and ibstead they just topped it with chopped onions. These people taking orders need to step it up……………………..After taking so damn long to do my order and charge me the wrong amount they can’t even get my order right… it’s already the 2nd time in a row this happens. Always killing my mood to eat
