I’m sad to say that this location was a huge disappointment today. Today I waited curbside 25 minutes to get my food. I know they’re busy do I wasn’t upset about waiting 15 or even 20 minutes. Then at 20 minutes my app showed my food had been delivered. So I went inside where no one had heard of my order. I explained the situation and showed my receipt. No apology or anything. They just made my order and shoved the bag in my face. I was honestly shocked. That is not the type of service I am used to from any Chick-fil-A’s. No offer to refund or throw anything in. Just here’s your food and we really don’t care how long you waited or that we gave your food to someone else

Stopped by for lunch. Arrived before the crowd came so it was pretty nice having an entire restaurant to myself.
Quick service. Cashier was friendly and nice. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Areas for ordering, mobile pickup, etc. are well marked.
Today I had the Peach Milkshake (my favorite) and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo. Food was hot, correct and delicious. Love the consistency across the brand. Love the ketchup packets that can be used as a dip or a squeeze.
Overall a great experience.

Personally not a huge fan of chic Fil as food but can completely understand why people enjoy it. The service is excellent. No matter how busy it is, the workers remain extremely kind and respectful. Unlike chipotle across the street, where they’ll give you attitude and waste your time even when they’re not busy.

The young lady doing the mobile order/delivery order pickup area was blatantly ignoring me as I was standing there patiently for around 10 minutes for the order that was already on the shelf ready for pickup. It’s not that hard to acknowledge a customer that’s waiting at the mobile order pickup area rather than have me and others go out of our way to go around back to get it ourselves.

I am a contractor and I was parking at Chick-fil-A parking lot and I had a trailer with me and I was covering like four spot. As soon as I was parking, one of the lady came out saying cannot park there she told me to park like 300 feet away from the Chick-fil-A and I was not able to go cause I was in a rush time getting food for my crew I was about to buy 15 meals and I know they lost money because I was so upset and I decided not to buy to this Chick-fil-A store

Always check your orders when you receive them. I ordered two chicken egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and repeated that I wanted egg in there, and even asked, that’s the sandwich with egg, right? When I received my sandwiches, it was chicken and cheese, no egg. So I asked for there to be egg in it. Then they charged me for the egg. Mistakes are mistakes, it’s all fine. They even apologized and I wasn’t upset, but then I checked the sandwiches again and instead of putting the egg in the sandwich, they just threw the egg on top of the biscuit and closed it and handed it to me as if that’s a normal thing to do. I was very clear about my order and they made a mistake, which is fine, but then they decided to be lazy and vindictive for some reason. At no point did I get upset or change my tone I was cordial the entire time. These people are just lazy and don’t have any honor or integrity in their service. If you want Chick-fil-A, go to a different location.

I thought the food service was very quick here. The staff was pleasant and quick to provide refills on drinks. They have a large children’s play area and plenty of seating and parking. The sandwich I ordered was good, if sparsely garnished (pickles only?). The fries are good and their signature sauce is delicious.

I’m not sure what it is about this location, but it is so difficult to receive a pickup order. Even if I walk inside and stand at the pickup location at a slow time, I am ignored by a handful of employees for at least 5 minutes before anyone bothers to help me. Meanwhile, my order is sitting there getting cold, but no one seems to care to help. Even managers ignore. It’s so frustrating.
