My wife and I are regulars at the Southampton Applebee’s. The food is always delicious, but it’s the exceptional service that truly sets them apart. Chris, the manager, personally checks in on us to ensure we’re having a great time. Our wait staff is consistently excellent, but we were particularly fortunate to have Melissa as our server during our last two visits. Melissa was prompt, made fantastic recommendations, especially the pear lemonade, and was incredibly attentive to our needs. We can’t wait to return to the Southampton Applebee’s for another memorable dining experience!

We visited Applebees in Southampton and had Melissa as our server for the second time. She’s outstanding— friendly, attentive, and great at explaining the new menu items. She recommended the pear lemonade, which my brother tried and really enjoyed. Melissa checked in with us throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had a great conversation with Chris, one of the managers, about old local landmarks. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience at Applebee’s. The food was delicious, and the combo plates are such a good deal — generous portions at a great price. The drinks were also awesome and very reasonably priced. Perfect spot for a casual night out!

We stopped in with friends after a sporting event and had an excellent experience. Our waiter, Brian, was on top of things and was able to handle our large group pretty easily. The food came out in waves, but everybody’s meals were hot and perfectly curated. Wish every experience at a eatery was like this one.

This is the best Applebee’s in the area. The food is always cooked to perfection and Melissa is a wonderful server. Always greet us name always knows our order and always has the best suggestions for new options to try.

The two things which make us visit apple bees again and again are their Chicken Quesadilla’s & Triple Choclate Melt down. We love them. The service is great, quick. We have also tried their Southwest chicken bowl and Blackened Cajun Salmon which were okay.

Very loud, chaotic, and blatantly obnoxious clientele. Kids running all over, not sitting down. The waiter we had a bad attitude and acted like he couldn’t care less. The food tasted awful overall and the dessert was so small, that a toddler could have eaten it in one setting. What an absolute disgrace of a chain restaurant!! Don’t waste your time; you are better off going to McDonalds. At least at McDonald’s, people aren’t running around and screaming like hooligans.

Food was so dry and tasted like it sat out for a while. Never had a bad meal here don’t know what happened this time. Always too cold in the restaurant. Service was ok but server was very accommodating towards end of meal.
