Usually kinda okay. Pretty hit or miss. During the day shift it’s almost always fresh. Tonight the fries we got not only barely had amy cheese. They were so old I had to spit them out. Old enough that they had those dark dry spots throughout. Like hours old. It was disgusting. I edited my review as i went to get food today (in the early afternoon) and it was amazing. It seems it’s mostly only evening that doesn’t wanna serve fresh food. In light of that I raised my stars to 3.

I went thru the drive thru and the employees spoke pretty rude I asked if they were ok and very rudely they said it just a night didn’t give me a receipt as I was ordering they rudely interrupted me and said I know what u want as I was explaining and then pretty much shoved my stuff at me no one ever recapped the order back to me this is a srry crew they have working on 12/19/2025 at 10:00pm will not come back to this lousy location

Staff was friendly. Food was ready before we finished getting our drinks. The restaurant was clean. 10/10
My only issue was we left hungry. My husband was joking that we bought and ate air. lol We’re a family of four and we ordered 3 biggie bags. Maybe that wasn’t enough food but it was like we hadn’t ate a thing. Weird.

Over priced, mediocre, bad service kind of place to eat. They even charge extra for bbq sauce. This has been my go to location for 3 years. Now it’s something of the past. Hire people that want to take your order and work.

The guy who took the order was friendly enough at first so I don’t put all the blame on him but God the food was horrible. Which is my fault for coming at 11pm I guess? I waited for quite a while with no one ahead me so I’m not sure why I got ancient fries and rock hard buns.. The picture doesn’t tell the story of how gross the fries tasted. I would have went back through but the same guy who was nice was very rude when I came back through because he forgot to include a straw so going back to complain about the food wouldn’t have resulted any better. I parked to choke down what was edible and kept seeing the same cars go back through the drive thru so it wasn’t just me. I went out of my way to try this Wendy’s and can’t say I will again if it’s night time.

The employees at this location are very lazy and rude. The Wendy’s by campus is way better. Go to the captain Ds down the street for better service.
