I paid $16 cash for a small slider Bacon, burger, onion rings, cheese tots, and jalapeño cheese bites, then an additional dollar for lettuce, tomato, and onion. The tomato was rotten. The onion rings were dehydrated, dark brown, and soggy. The sandwich was very small like a slider, With hard dark brown bacon on it as soon as I took a couple of bites, I puked! Oh yeah, I called and spoke to the manager she apologize however they did not give me my receipt. I paid cash! The restaurants in this area are very shady And the food at this Burger King was the worst I have ever had in my entire life! I put it all in the trash where it belonged! Horrible absolutely horrendous!

I came through drive thru today and tried to speak clear and slowly. Ordering a Chicken sandwich combo “PLAIN” the person talking the order rushing to next question “What type of Drink?” Not taking time to listen. My chicken sandwich of course was not PLAIN and as for the 2 Whopper combos both came with lettuce looking like this. And the order was up sized without asking. So for almost $40 I just wanted to share this experience horrible experience I add. To the manager that tried to desculate just tell the to listen stop rushing people.

I stopped in on my way home from work, hoping to at least get something in my stomach. Ordered a Maple BBQ Whopper, 12 Piece chicken fries and a large onion Ring. The first moment I knew I should have turned away, was when the person at the counter said she couldn’t take my order, because someone hadn’t set their till in the register yet. Then after 3 minutes, asked what I wanted to order, and when it was obvious it was more than one item, decide to let me know that they might need to use the register at the takeout window. I finally got to give the person, paid my $17 and waited, and waited, and waited, until finally she asked the person cooking for some onions rings. The person just said nope, we don’t have any onion rings (which is funny, because that is part of the Whopper I ordered). The person then asked for the 12-piece chicken fries, and the person cooking said they were already on the rack, however there were only 10 pieces. By this point, it had been 20 minutes, I just walked out of the store without my order. I didn’t even ask for my money back, because I am already so tired and exhausted, I was not about to cause a scene that would be escalated. Just trying to find this store number, so I can fill in Corporate on how far downhill this location has gone.

I came to this Burger King on 01/08/25 to redeem a free Whopper from a survey. The manager who was working during lunchtime told me that I was supposed to announce at the drive-thru speaker that I was using a survey code. That was never explained anywhere beforehand. When I pulled up to the window and tried to use the code, they flat out denied it instead of helping or offering any solution.
What makes this worse is that I had already submitted a good survey review, thinking the experience was fine. After how I was treated, they absolutely did not deserve that. The customer service was dismissive, rigid, and unhelpful over something that could have been handled in seconds.
If you are offering survey rewards, your staff should know how they work and not make customers feel like they are doing something wrong. Very disappointing experience and poor management behavior.

I ordered two meals from here. When I got home , me and wife started eating. She was like I have a huge hair sticking out of my burger. I asked her to let me see. I opened the burger up. And it was not a huge hair. It was a huge bug leg hanging out out of the burger. I instantly got sick. I called the store. They told me to bring the food back. I did was no problem I wanted it gone. When she gave me my refund It was half of my money. I was like what’s going on, she told me I didn’t bring the drinks back.she then told me I’ll have to wait for a manager because she couldn’t give me all my money. I told her that was not going to work. This the most messed up part about it. They called the police on me. 2 cars of police came. Call the store talked to a ernist. Told me to call back in 5 minutes. Now they want answer the phone. This is not over something needs to be done about this place.

None of the burger kings had the pineapple float. This was the only Burger King that knew the reason why they didn’t have it. I went to two other Burger Kings before this one. The service was quick and the food was hot.

This is the worst Burger King in the state of Georgia. Do not come here. Come here to get sandwiches. Came to get two double cheeseburgers. They’ve done this twice. They’re putting one piece of cheese on a double cheeseburger and they’re telling people that management said do it that way. But yet you’re paying $3.50 for a sandwich is supposed to come with two pieces of cheese and then they tell you that they’re too busy to deal with the problem and they got other work to do. Do not come here. This place is sorry and they need to fire everybody and shut it down!!!! This is how companies die smh false advertising

This Georgia Burger King has the best restaurant design out of all BKs in America. It has a mansard roof and text displaying “Home of the Whopper” on the outside of the mansard roof restaurant. My favorite foods at Burger King are the Whopper, Bacon King burger, French fries and Onion Rings, the Original Chicken Sandwiches and the breakfast French Toast sticks.

We waited 10 minutes in the driveway thru for this kids meal. Got home to find this absolute nasty mess. Over-cooked or just old. Looks like they just chopped up some meat to add to the burger which was torn. So disgusting and completely inedible.
