Very very very disappointed in my service today. I ride up to curbside and place my order like normal. Nothing special so I wait the average 5 minutes it takes then I get the normal ur food is on its way message. Well frankly my food was not on its way it was sitting on the counter I went in 10 minutes to see if there was anything happening that might cause this. To my dismay my order is sitting on the tray the deliver it to you in and when I began to ask for help, I was ignored for 5 minutes straight. At this point I finally was given my curbside pickup in the store after it set on the counter for 15 minutes straight.

THE WORKERS JUST LEFT WITH MULTIPLE CARS IN LINE. Its 2:00 pm and i understand that its snowy and cold outside but to leave and not tell the people in line???! We sat there for nearly 30 minutes not knowing the employees left. Absolutely disgusting.

Be prepared to wait at least 20 mins for your food every other time you go. There were four cars max and they had us all pulled over in the drive through spots. After 15 mins someone comes over and asks me what I ordered, mind you there are only two other cars parked next to me.

I ordered a large sweet tea and small fries via drive thru. The fries were completely stale. Typically I’ll eat it regardless but you can tell these fries were sat out for an hour. I’m highly disappointed given that this is a nice area, I expected quality food.

Well, I just had to look at the reviews, and they don’t appear to be the best. However, I eat at this McDonald’s quite a bit when I have a fast food craving. Today, the food was so fresh and probably the fresh that I’ve had at any McDonald’s. This McDonald’s in particular will absolutely fix anything or remake something if you speak up and have a problem. Generally, I have found that the employees here are very kind, upbeat, and friendly. It is probably some of the best employees that I’ve encountered at a McDonald’s ever. So whatever the management team is doing to keep their employees joyful, they should continue to do so. I will absolutely eat here again when I get the craving to do so.

Charged us for two coffees… We got one. Lady at window slammed window when we asked for receipt. Place is so gross and manager with doo tag has the NASTIEST attitude. I order a double cheeseburger with no onions, extra pickles… whomever prepares my food can’t read because there’s onions and no pickles. It also looks like someone shoved their finger in the bun. Completely careless. I have had enough issues that I finally needed to speak up. Terrible food quality. Fries aren’t even filled and they’re always cold.
