This was a great choice when I was looking for a good noodles place! Prices are reasonable, food quality is great, specially the noodles, broth and curry!!
The duck meat was good but they only gave three small pieces. The beef slices in the noodles were okay, could have been better. The curry and beef were AMAZING, great flavors!
When we asked for takeaway boxes, our waitress put her fingers inside the boxes instead of holding them on the outside! butttt she was very nice, gave me extra broth to take home and guided us through the menu in the beginning, very friendly. She might be unaware of the finger thing, so I hope it gets fixed coz her personality is awesome!
Update – Oct 2025 : went there with friends and food was again really really tasty!

The portions are giant. And everything is delicious. The staff is so friendly and nice.
Recommend the beef tripe, the leek and pork dumplings and any of the noodle dishes. You cannot go wrong.

Broth is 9, it is missing a bit of flavor, noodles were actually hand pulled, which I love, with the chowieness, it is perfect, and the meat is flavorful and veggies are not over cooked. Absolutely enjoy this place.

We started with Pan Fried Pork Bao, and Soup Dumplings. Just amazing. The food was hot and fresh. Made to order. Next Yangzhou Fried Rice, and Mee Goreng. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And even though the restaurant was busy, the food came very fast! Highly recommend you try this excellent eatery. Coming back very soon!

Extremely nice and respectful waiter! Apparently, the hand-pulled noodles all come in a single strand which is very cool. The noodles themselves tasted incredible as well!

Foods great! Just don’t call the wrong location, or they tell you very passive aggressively that they’re refusing you service and that you need to go pick your order up at another location. Here’s an easy way to completely avoid this issue: pick up the phone with “hello, lan city noodles YPSI location” so people don’t make a simple mistake.

A wonderful, unexpected delight! The noodles are so good. We even caught a glimpse of the noodle pulling in the kitchen. The people are awesome. Ask for a recommendation, and they’ll make one catered right to you. We chatted with the person seated next to us, also her first visit, and we compared recommendations, enjoying the additional conversation with our server. (Server doesn’t seem accurate, because everyone there seemed to be able to do it all.) The broth is divine, we tried two of them. The noodles and thick chunks of meat and vegetables provided a hearty meal. We highly recommend.
