The manager is beyond unprofessional and honestly felt racist the one day me and my coworker came in to get our checks she called the cops on us?? for no given reason the place has rats in there the workers use old chicken will serve your food in a dirty atmosphere and not have a care in the world some come in there on drugs, the amount of micro aggression i felt from the manager Diana Markey made me feel disgusting as if she hated me it hurt my heart to know this i would never wish that kind of treatment on anyone please save yourself an extra $20 it isnt worth it

Wow that was a disgusting experience to say the least. The staff was rude and the food was even worse. I ordered the scrambled eggs and guac toast but what we got was
oil with a side order of food. I couldn’t get past the second bite so I had to toss it in the trash. I do not recommend this place to anyone, healthy food doesn’t have to taste so horrible. The staff doesn’t have to be so nasty either.

I ordered the Earthsgiving Bowl, which was supposed to come with Brussels sprouts — but none were included. To make things worse, I found a long brown hair in my bowl, which completely ruined my appetite. The fountain drink stations were also completely empty, even though they were advertised as available. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and now I understand why. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

Went here for a salad. They looked good online and had good reviews. I ordered at the store. After I order, I watch the guy eat personal food wearing his food prep gloves. Of course it’s the guy who now starts to make my salad, with the same gloves… He starts putting the wrong toppings on it, so I stop him and make sure he knows which salad I ordered. I watch him pick up the towel that is used to wipe down the counters and wipe his nose and eyes with it, then set it back down on the counter- next to the food. Then they tell me they don’t have the dressing or tomatoes for the salad. I said forget it, I want a refund because they were missing ingredients, but didn’t say anything about the guy wiping his nose and eyes, then eating and touching the food with the same gloves. It was too awkward and I didn’t want to eat there anymore. Besides the poor business on, this place is a health code violation.

This is my go-to lunch spot downtown. Leagues better than Bolay and Fresh Kitchen and the staff is the BEST! The portion sizes leave me with dinner and lunch for the next day and not to mention how kind each staff member is. I prefer to order in store vs. UberEats this place anyday! Gladly will be back for my next lunch. Love this place!

Ordered two bowls on uber eats & both came missing most of the toppings. Only noodles & protein were received with no other toppings & no sauces. The food was also so dry & did not taste good. I dont usually leave bad reviews but I paid almost $40 for these bowls & we didn’t even end up eating them.

This is my first time ordering from here.. and will be my last… never again. I ordered 2 regular bowls through Uber eats. My husbands bowl was made correctly except the sweet potatoes were burnt. My bowl missing the broccoli and the turkey spinach meatballs as well as the sweet potatoes being burnt. There are so many other places to get better quality of food.

Probably one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at an establishment before. Where do I start, as soon as we walked in the employees were cursing amongst each other. We could hear them in the back talking about how they didn’t know how to make the food. On top of it, they were arguing who had to make the food which we could clearly hear. They kept asking over and over again what we had ordered and there was nobody else dining in at the time. It was completely dead. To top it off they didn’t even make my friends meal at all, and somehow had forgotten that he had ordered when there was literally only the three of us in the whole entire restaurant. It would’ve at least it’s been Better if the food was decent, however the food was dry and flavorless, and my wrap was literally falling apart. My fiancé got his food 15 minutes after mine and his was no better. My friend had to literally get a refund because at this point they hadn’t even started his order or realized that he had put it in with them at the counter. Horrible experience, waste of my time and money. Super unprofessional.

Great spot in downtown Tampa for healthy food that actually tastes good. Customer service was on point — they walked me through every step of building my own bowl and made it super easy. They even gave me a free sample of banana bread, which was delicious. Definitely coming back.
