I realize it doesn’t matter whether dining in, takeout or have delivery to my house. There is always something missing or wrong from my order with this particular location. I don’t think that they really care.. when I order a double I want my damn double cuz that’s what I’m paying for. Get it together. Double check your orders..

Hello, this afternoon for lunch and order a number number 6 cheeseburger jumbo jack weird taste. Can someone verify with me if this is actually beef? Because I’m having seconds thoughts my mind is starting to see little different things. My fry’s looked different thought they were only salted quit salt. I had a bad stomach aches after I took.

I try to be nice in my reviews but when I can taste dry uncooked cheese that may or may not be bad, I kinda lose my patience. I regularly actually really enjoy Jack when it’s done right, but too often do I find locations like this where the quality control is so bad, I’m concerned I might get sick. Not to mention, places like this are why I stay away from ‘freestyle’ soda fountains, where you can taste how dirty the machine is, not even recognizing the drink you poured. I would stay clear, your money is better spent anywhere else.

I placed a pick up order via the app. Went to pick the order up and there was a hand written note with incorrect spelling stating they were closed for maintenance on the drive thru screen. I tried contacting the app to get a refund. Haven’t got a response. I’ve called the store repeatedly and they pick the phone up don’t say anything and hang it right up. Or they just let the phone ring. I’ve emailed support, call the 800 numbers, called the local number for Jack in the box , emailed. No response. No refund. This is getting ridiculous that no one can seem to give me back my money or answer a call or email or call back.

Don’t even try to pick up your own Uber app order through the drive through, they will bark at you to park and walk inside to get your own food. When I asked why they made me do this (especially when the place was completely empty, including the drive through!) the response was “we assumed you were an Uber driver, not that it was your own food. Have a good night.”
In other words, they mistook me for someone deserving of lesser service. Their bad.
The whole restaurant and drive through were empty save myself and the employees.
Ridiculous that they would treat *any* customer this way, especially Uber drivers who are trying make a living delivering *their* food.
Avoid this place if you think people shouldn’t be treated like crap because of what they do for a living. My condolences to all the uber drivers out there..

There’s only one thing to say about Jack in the box. When you’re broke tacos can’t be beat for the money! I get them with extra lettuce and I put a ton of sauce on them they’re crunchy they’re delicious they never disappoint! Pass that all the fast food restaurants have lowered their quality so much and their portion size so much that it’s pathetic to eat in this country! Fast food is dead! Beef with almost no beef in it! Rubber chicken!, I don’t know how these restaurants even think that they’re going to keep their customers because their food costs more than anything ever reasonable and you can go to Costco and get a $5 chicken the whole damn chicken feed four people from it! For $5 per chicken you can feed an army for like $40! Costco’s the ticket now fast food is dead!

Jack In The Box USED to be a go-to for what used to reasonably be called the Jumbo Jack. Once that became a joke, I discovered that their tacos were more than palatable, if you like things like that. At least they were of reliable consistency.
Sadly, that is no longer the case for anything anywhere anymore, but especially here. The tacos vary widely in their contents, the range of burger variation is always cold.
I am usually a drive-thru customer, so I am used to the wait typically experienced, even during peak hours. However, last night, there were only three cars ahead of me, and it was 33 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I got my order (four tacos and a large Coke), and the tacos came without sauce!
I don’t blame the little girl who was obviously overwhelmed, being the only one there besides someone pretending to be the cook. This is the serious failure of a regional manager.
I have come to realize two things: One of my formerly favorite fast food restaurants is dead, and they just don’t know they’re dead, and two, if I choose to go there, what I get is MY responsibility.
Prices are patently ridiculous for what you’re getting: Garbage food and garbage service. It’s pretty much on par with McDonald’s except that McDonald’s is consistent in their quality.

This review is more for the food overall vs the location. Since I can remember eating Jack in the Box, it really hasn’t changed in flavor which I like because other food chain restaurants have changed their ingredients. Can never just get a burger or chicken sandwich here without ordering the famous Tacos that are soo delicious. 1 thing though that did change from what I normally get on the side from time to time is the jalapeño poppers, they changed the cheese. Still tastes good with some ranch dipping sauce. At this location they rarely miss up the order, when they do they make it right. I like it that they stay open late for that late night craving.

They have been closed for dining room maintenance multiple times at noon / lunchtime. When I attempted to walk through the drive through to order food (since the dining room was closed) they refused service. Again, this is lunchtime, during the week. This is obviously due to terrible planning, management, etc.
