Somedays the service is slow. And those are the days when there are nothing but teenagers behind the counter. The staff is always friendly and they get your order right, but you will have to wait a bit. And sometimes you may end up with soggy fries. This has happened a few times to me. By far the worst experience at a Chick-fil-A I’ve ever encountered. The kid at window was very rude. I ordered and paid for my food and waited 15 minutes for 2 single hashbrown bowls. 10 other customers received their food and drove away happy. I asked about my order and got blown off. I drove away and let them keep my food and my money. I will never spend another dime with this company.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! Worst Fast Food Experience of My Life
Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. But this Chic-fil-A drive thru in Huntsville pushed me over the edge. What happened today was so ridiculous, so beyond unacceptable, i cant just keep quiet.
I spent $45 of my hard-earned money on 4 chicken club sandwiches… and NOT A SINGLE ONE HAD CHICKEN IN IT. I opened each box and was in total disbelief, just bun, lettuce, and tomato. No chicken. How does a CHICKEN restaurant forget the actual chicken in every single sandwich?! I honestly thought I was being pranked. This isn’t just bad service, it’s utter negligence.
And to make things worse, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had. The last two times I ordered a diet lemonade, I was handed regular. Every time I have to ask if it’s diet, but it’s not. I can taste the sugar. Do they not know the difference? Do they not care?
If I had diabetes that wouldn’t be good whatsoever
They said I’ll get my refund tomorrow, so I’ll be waiting for that but , I’m DONE. This location has gone from decent to complete trash. Total garbage. Sloppy, careless, and clearly not run with any standards.bunch of kids in there.

When I tell you the worst chic fil a ever I mean the worst yes the line was short and quick cause I’m sure no one wants to eat there twice lol I ordered 2spicy biscuits that wasn’t even spicy they were the worlds oldest it tasted like they were made days in advance the worst. I never write reviews so if I took my time to write this believe me it’s that bad. The staff the lady at the box was nice but the lady who looks like the shift manager was so rude for no reason she didn’t hand me my food she threw it in my window gave me the quickest have a good day with no smile the energy from her was unmatched I wouldn’t let my dog eat from this place. Being a native of Huntsville, this is definitely the worst of the Chick-fil-A’s in town. It is overran by kid employees that have no oversight or direction and service is extremely slow when guest volume is minimal. The restrooms are also poorly cleaned and not maintained. Lastly, since this location has been developed, there is a flag pole, but never a flag hung. Leadership/ownership seems to be the biggest opportunity for improvement. Replicate South Parkeay for 5 stars.

The most bizarre chick fil a experience I’ve ever had was here last Saturday.
The two employees outside were loudly bickering with each other as I drove up. Didn’t stop their argument to acknowledge me, so I drove up since I needed to see the breakfast menu anyway and assumed they weren’t taking orders? Apparently they were supposed to be. The young woman eventually came to take my order. I asked to see a menu, she was really rude and passive aggressive about that and the whole time about taking my order. It was really weird.

The drive thru employee did not ask our name we had to tell her and she was very rude when my mom asked to switch her order and I asked for a large fry and small drink with no ice to not get any of those items. I asked for condiments and didn’t get any. First and last time I go back to this one go to other ones where they treat you like a respected customer.

I ordered food through the chick fil A app to be delivered since I am in my first trimester and extremely sick with all day sickness. DoorDash took over the order and my food was cold when it arrived to me and I didn’t get my 3 sauces I ordered or a straw. I contacted DoorDash and they only refunded me $3 from the order. This is unacceptable since I am unable to drive due to my condition and how ill it’s making me. Extremely disappointing since it’s after 5pm and this was my first meal of the day. Do better. You still have $14 of my money for food that was poor quality (cold) and no sauce to eat it with. This isn’t right and I deserve more of a refund if not a full refund. – Gena Helton Ayarra
