A quick trip through the drive thru compliments of a friendly crew and a very convenient app. While I may of needed the app to place a timely order for this visit -only one car in front of me – it allowed me to order my food my way and get the added benefit of points towards free food. Like the free sausage croissant I ordered with my points earned from previous visits.

Go to this one quite a bit. Everything checks all the boxes except the whopper bun. Something changed, the bun falls apart quickly. The flavor is still the same but has become messy over time. The children love going and the employees love to see them, photos attached.

I’ve had good luck with mobile orders being made efficiently and correctly. Not much more you can ask for these days when it comes to fast food. Service is always friendly, even if a bit slow. But I’ll take slower, more efficient service than someone throwing the bag of food in your car from the drive thru window, like other places.

Went here tonight for dinner, was maybe a little slower than normal but also peak dinner time so completely understandable. Main thing I wanted to comment on was the service received as I think positive feedback should always be left. I was greeted with who I believe was the manager at the window, man with a brownish beard, and was given my food by a young blonde lady (teens I think). Both were incredibly nice, I understand sometimes people sometimes get frustrated when it’s busy but neither one of these employees showed anything but pleasantness

the new cotton candy slushy is the best one I have had yet. love it definitely recommend if u are a slushy fan . also have had the cream added at various other restaurants I did not like them but burger king is a winner they add Just the right amount very good

Chicken parm sandwich had 2 random pieces of American cheese on it, a large onion ring with a few rings, no receipt. Oh, but they did give me sauce, that I didn’t need or want. I rarely eat fast food but I did like this sandwich and thought I’d get one. After seeing this sloppy job, I called to speak to the manager, young girl stated she was a manager, I explained the issue, her response…..I’m sorry. She didn’t care, not that I expected much, but I’m over it. I had a few bites and tossed it. Avoid this location, they simply don’t care. But they’re happy to take your cash.

I went through the drive through, and the man taking the order was extremely nice and welcoming. It was quick and friendly service. I have never seen anything like that from a fast food restaurant in my town.
The food was very good and I highly recommend anyone stopping in this part of Kansas City to come by.

This was a very disappointing trip to Burger king. This is supposed to be a Whopper with everything on it. We ordered the family meal and all of our Whoppers and cheeseburgers look like this. Also the fries were room temperature. Also can’t say much about the staff at the person at the delivery window was less than thrilled to be working there.

These guys are alright. Its cheap, usually fast, and decent for a quick bite. Restaurant is pretty clean, staff is nice but mediocre, always forget the sauce but dont act bothered when you ask again. Ive never had a horrible experience at this location. One time there was a customer holding up the line throwing a temper tantrum at the window but thats not the Kings fault
