Chili’s is always a great spot for a good meal and friendly service! The food comes out hot and fresh every time — I especially love the Cajun Chicken Pasta and their signature chips and salsa. The staff are attentive and make sure everything is just right, and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. It’s the perfect place to grab dinner with friends or family without spending a fortune. Always a great experience at Chili’s! ️

I gave the Chili’s Grill & Bar located in Jacksonville, Texas a two star rating because the food was really good but the employees (our server) was terrible. First, she took her own survey after an elderly customer paid with a credit card at her table. Second we only saw her twice. We had to ask for refills on the chips, we had to ask for refills on the salsa and we had to ask for refills on our drinks. Finally, I literally had to stand up and wave my hands in the air to get her attention to pay our bill. We will NEVER return to this location.

The door greeter TAIYLYN was wonderful she was so welcoming her smile and personality was everything she belongs at the door with that kind of energy..my server ADRIAN was one of the best servers I’ve had other than DAVECIA these workers are one of many reasons buisness will continue to flow at chilis!
