We ordered online to save some time 6 rodeo burgers (see picture for how they looked), 2 double rodeo burgers (just cheeseburgers), 2 8piece chicken nuggets – which the kids liked, and a wrap – which was also liked.
Fortunately, we noticed the lack of anything on the Rodeo burgers and immediately went inside. They stated they forgot to tell us that they were out of onion rings.
We waited to hear more and they got the manager. All the manager stated was that they were told just to make them without the onion rings.
4 of us had the driest, blandest, and most disappointing rodeo burgers ever. We traveled from SD today – spending 14 hours in the vehicle, and this wasn’t the comfort food example we were hoping for!

If you are traveling through Las Vegas NM DO NOT GO HERE. The people who work here are rude. They have no respect for people and the main lady in front does not know how to act. The manager wanted to act like he was going to fight some of our party for asking for the restroom after a long trip before we ordered. Unfortunately for this place they lost a huge amount of money as our party was of 10. Here are pictures of the people harassing us. If I could rate this a 0 I would.

I usually don’t leave reviews on places because my experience is about average, but today a man named PJ greeted me happily at the intercom and at the window. Ive been to the same burger king before and have never been treated like a King such like today. The new crew has also made my food very good. I am very glad I chose Burger King today, and I hope his kindness can spread to everyone that meets him and that more people can strive to be like PJ.

Fresh burgers always, and we had the BEST customer service from a gentleman named PJ tonight. Seriously, never had customer service in Las Vegas as good as him! He was super patient and happy to be doing his job! Both my husband and I made sure to compliment him on it!

On December 23rd, I went to this establishment around 12:00 p.m. to have lunch with my children. While we were there, we noticed that something was happening in the kitchen. The employee who constantly claims to be a manager, I think his name is Valentin, almost assaulted the woman who works in the kitchen. If it had not been for another employee who stepped in and stopped him, I don’t know what would have happened. He was extremely agitated and was yelling aggressively at his coworkers. Some customers even tried to intervene and asked him to calm down, but he began threatening them as well. I had to leave because my children were genuinely terrified.
I truly thought he had already been fired, but to my surprise, yesterday I went back to order food there and he was working again. I dont understand what corporate is waiting for to permanently terminate his employment. He is extremely dangerous, both to customers and to his coworkers.
I hope immediate action is taken.

Legitimately, this location should be closed down.
They do not have enough staff so safely operate even it seems.
Lines are long, building is often closed. Drive through can take 30+ minutes.
Food is cold or under cooked..
Find another spot to eat, or better yet, just stop by to get gas nearby and move along to the next towns over.

I want to give a big shoutout to Chris at our local Burger King. He has provided excellent customer service on multiple visits, and it truly makes a difference. The food lately has been warm, fresh, and well-prepared, and the drive-through has been moving quickly and efficiently. Everything about my recent experiences has been top-notch. Great job to Chris and the team for raising the bar!
