Ordered a NM lota combo meal and a regular lota combo with no mustard or cheese. Large meal for both! Got half the portion for both season and regular fries! If I’m paying almost 30 bucks for my order I expect it to be done right and portion size correctly! Tried calling to get a hold but no answers the dam phone til finally I had to say I was placing an order and ended up getting transferred to voicemail! Like what? Horrible service honestly! LOTABURGER is becoming a failure, gonna be my last time ordering here, was a disappointment and waste of my money. Guess Whataburger is the new go to since they follow instructions and never had my order wrong even portion size! One time I want LOTABURGER and they failed my experience for this one.

Beware. Apparently Blakes is not “doing pennies” anymore. I don’t know if how they charge the company’s policy – or the incompetent cashier we dealt with. My order was $6.91. At the window he tells me that my burrito was $7.00. I’m not sure where they learned math – but my burrito should have been $6.90…. or at worst – $6.95. Is there a penalty for paying cash these days?

How hard is it for Fast food workers to make the food right??? Like really we’re spending money on this overrated food just to get home and be told this is what a frito pie is supposed to look like $12 later I don’t think so I opened this up to find crumbs and nothing else the manager said the bag tells them to smash the fritos, no, sir. This location got my order wrong twice in one day. I ordered green chile cheese fries what’s a hamburger patty on top only to get fries with cheese and chili beans hamburger patty on the side and the green chili on the side. I went up to the counter to get it corrected. Then when I told him what I wanted. I said it slowly, green chile cheese fries with a hamburger patty on top. This time, I got fries with green chile, no cheese. I didn’t check until I got home because I had an Uber waiting for me outside when I had one come get me in 15 min so I can have time to eat some before it got there. Instead, the driver waiting for me to get my order right. They took their sweet time correcting it. What’s even more messed up about this wrong order is that I had to walk down the street to a gas station with cold green chile fries to buy some nacho cheese to put on it. I’m pretty frustrated that I paid almost $8.00 for this terrible experience. Who buys fries with green chile and no cheese anyway. Wrong in so many levels. I thought I was going to enjoy dinner tonight but wasted my money here.

This location is usually my go to for breakfast on Sunday’s, but the past few times have been underwhelming along with incorrect orders. Today I received my burrito with no chile, no extra cheese instead of the egg, so basically a tortilla with potatoes and my drink was filled halfway. The woman who brought out my order was very kind and brought me a new drink, which I appreciated. I completely understand the weekend mornings are busy, but maybe just pay a bit more attention to details of the orders.

I went to the drive thru this morning and get a burrito with burnt hash browns, but that is not why I’m writing this review. I paid and and the guy mumbled when I was looking at my phone and then a minute later he opened the window and rudely told me to pull forward. There was nobody behind me, so there was no reason for me to pull up and make another employee walk my food outside into the cold. I was the only person at the drive thru. I’ll go elsewhere in the future.

I go to Blakes pretty often; often enough to know which ones have it together and which ones need a little help.
I am pleased that this one has it together. Their Drive-Thru was on-top-of-it and the young man who served me was very polite and courteous.
I usually go for breakfast, but I got some lunch and their burger was on-point! The fries are always tasty. Just the right amount of everything; no skimping here at this location.
