Specializing in two distinct and different styles (Neapolitan inspired woodfired and Detroit inspired Logan Squares), we use the best local and international ingredients to craft pizzas, cocktails, and an experience we hope you’ll love. We are open for dine in! You can also order pick up for the full menu at our bar, a partial menu through Toast, and delivery through GrubHub and DoorDash! We visited it last night just by chance and I’m so happy that we did! Everything was great! service was excellent, pizza was delicious (both Detroit and Wood fire) and the vibe there was just so cool. We have a toddler and I felt it was very family friendly as well. One of the pizza guys made a cute smiley face dough for my daughter and I found it so sweet thank you!!

Whoa. I’ve been coming here for a few years now but it just keeps getting better. I dined in tonight and while I was eating my vegan “my kind of town” Detroit style pizza, all I could think of is how I MUST leave a stellar review. The flavor is out of control good. I thought maybe they got rid of some vegan options, but our server Ben mentioned they have an ENTIRE vegan menu which made me so unbelievably happy. Truly some of the best pizza in Chicago and Ben was such an awesome, attentive server. My partner and I couldn’t get over how sweet and lovely he was. Highly recommend!! Thank you 🙂

Ordered the E=MC², elote pizza which was the specialty pizza of the quarter. Amazing. So cheesy, so crunchy, so delicious. Our second pizza was US Pizza Cup Winner. Best Detroit pizza we’ve ever had. The first bite was sweet and basily. The second bite was crunchy pepperoni and bacon jam. Just stop. Bevs: Majeet-O mocktail and The Southern Comfort, which my husband was STRONG. Also get yourself a giant slice of cake (also rotating,we got Nutter Butter, as well as pie!) Check this place out, quarterly special pizzas, yummy bevs and delicious desserts.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
I placed a takeout order and waited over 45 minutes for just two pizzas. When I finally received my order, one of the pizzas was completely cold.
To make things worse, a 20% tip was automatically added without any notice or choice. I understand tipping and usually do it, but it should always be the customer’s decision, especially for a takeout order. Even so, I was handed a receipt asking if I wanted to add more tip, as if I hadn’t already been charged.
The service was terrible, and unfortunately the food matched the customer service, bad as well.
I will never come back. Very disappointing experience.

As someone diagnosed with celiac in 2022, I’ve tried plenty of gluten-free pizza. Some were good. But the gluten-free Detroit-style pizza at Paulie Gee’s in Logan Square? Next level. Crispy, flavorful, and actually satisfying. Easily the best I’ve had. Highly recommend.

The Us Pizza Cup Winner Detroit style could be one of my all time favorite pizzas. The crispy cheesy crust, the bacon jam, the ricotta. The tomato sauce it outstanding and all the flavors just come together so well. The pepperoni is crispy and spicy. We also got the So Fresh So Green fireoven white sauce pizza and that was so refreshing. It was a nice earthy arugula flavor and the crust was so soft. The vegan cookies and cream cake was absolutely so delicious, it was from a local bakery and the waiter said the flavor rotates every month. Ben was so friendly and attentive!

Delicious pizza at Paulie Gee’s Logan Square!! They pay great attention to dietary restrictions which is always so appreciated and our server was extremely attentive (noticed we were missing a drink menu, asked if we wanted glasses for our beer that came in bottles after someone else dropped them off, etc).
I wish some of the information was listed more clearly on the menu or at the very least, the website, especially since this location doesn’t have a phone number to call and ask. Luckily I was able to email the catering email address and they responded in less than a day.
The pizza can be made both vegan and gluten free for the Detroit style crust. The vegan sausage is not gluten free but the vegan pepperoni is. Great beer (regular, non alcoholic, and gluten removed) and cocktail selection. Highly recommend all around! Will definitely be back.

My first visit here and I enjoyed myself. I went with a friend and we shared the “my kind of town pizza”- and it was soo good. Beyond what I expected for sure. The sauce, the veggies, the cheeses, the meats were spot on and fresh.
10 out of 10 recommend and will return.
Our server was also very nice and provided recommendations and things to us and was so sweet.
If you are in the area please check them out you will not regret it.

The pizza was good and the atmosphere was nice. I especially liked being able to see into the kitchen. I was truly looking forward to dining in.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food or atmosphere. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly and was difficult to find throughout most of the evening. We were brought the wrong pizza, and it took some time to get assistance to correct it. Our drinks were also never refilled during the meal, which added to the overall disappointment. It just felt like we were being skipped over the whole night or something.
What was also frustrating was the automatic 20% gratuity added to the check, which was never mentioned or explained to us. Given the limited service we experienced, it felt very annoying.
Overall, the food itself was good and, but the service fell short of expectations. If we ever decide to eat here again, we will opt for carry out instead of dining in.
